&lt;p&gt;I’d test these against construction-specific clause relationships rather than isolated clauses. Indemnity, insurance, limitation of liability, flow-downs, and change-order provisions can become risky because of how they interact. For anyone using Icertis, Pramata, LinkSquares, CobbleStone, or Conga CLM, does the risk analysis recognize those relationships, or does legal still have to piece that context together manually?&lt;/p&gt;
