**What do you like best about CTPAT Management Software?**

Incredibly user-friendly and easy to tailor to our needs, this software offers a truly customizable experience. The support staff responds quickly and provides in-depth assistance whenever we have questions. It has helped us stay connected with our suppliers while giving us much-needed insight. The platform itself runs fast and has had little to no bugs in our experience. On the very rare, one or two occasions we did run into an issue, it was addressed and fixed quickly. For the extent of service provided, the price is amazing and absolutely worth it for how much it has strengthened our program. Overall, what has impressed me most is the combination of customization, responsive and helpful support, and affordability for what you get.

Nothing at the moment. Any concerns or request can be discussed with the support team.

**What problems is CTPAT Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With an ever-growing list of suppliers and ongoing budget limitations, Veroot provides much-needed visibility and clearer communication with our suppliers at a reasonable cost. Because every supply chain comes with its own unique complexities, Veroot’s customization options are one of its biggest strengths and are at the forefront of what’s most beneficial for our team.

**What do you like best about CTPAT Management Software?**

Veroot's CTPAT software automates emails to my vendors and suppliers, helping me manage and track my status. It shows when a supplier has opened or read my messages and guides me through the next steps required to complete the process.

**What do you dislike about CTPAT Management Software?**

I would appreciate it if Veroot could send me additional follow-ups on a recurring, specific schedule — either biweekly or monthly — by sharing a short snippet report so I don't have to log into the portal.
