None, it barely works

**What do you like best about CSI?**

Nothing, it's slow, ugly to look at, hard to read. It looks like something out of the 90s.

**What do you dislike about CSI?**

Everything, the looks, how it shows me my schedule, the sloppy navigation.

None

**Describe the project or task CSI helped with:**

The business uses CSI retain and accurately display all of back end needs of the Bank from balances, late payments, account holders, etc. It also provides easy reports that are automatically generated and displayed at a moments notice. 

**What do you like best about CSI?**

The two different views. It provides an easy to view screen with minimal detail but then the user has the ability to go into advanced mode to see all available fields to find what they are looking for. 

**What do you dislike about CSI?**

It can be overwhelming with the amount of data that one can find but you have the ability to create your own advanced page with the information your position needs to reference. 

**What problems is CSI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This program takes the banking platform into the 21st century and removes the need for a DOS based mainframe that is difficult to navigate. It allows for faster training as well as the use from a broader workforce.
