All questions and issues presented to CrossConcept support were quickly addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. **What problems is CrossConcept Continuum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having an end-to-end integrated process for managing clients, projects & related activity will be key. We no longer will loose track of time that needs to be invoiced. Our manual processes have failed us in this area on occasion. ### 4.
