**What do you like best about Crobox?**

Getting up and running with Crobox was super quick and smooth, from the start of the implementation to the go-live date. We are extremely happy that Crobox can make things happen much faster than its competitors. The most important part for us was the response time, which instilled a lot of trust into the partnership and made us feel heard and taken care of.

**What do you dislike about Crobox?**

We need to attract more visibility to the Finder itself – something that we are working on internally. The more people that will use the Shoe Finder, the more people we can help guide across our webshop funnel.

**What problems is Crobox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online, people often get lost and don’t know what to buy. Before Crobox, our Finder was basically a filter mechanism, but because of our position in the market, we need to do better. We need to be the experts that consumers come to for advice. With our unique position in the market, we need to be authenticators, and a Product Finder is a great way to deliver this.

**What do you like best about Crobox?**

All eyes of the company are on our collaboration with Crobox because it has brought in so much success. Our 'Shoe Finder' has been a continuous creative process between the Crobox team and ourselves. I really enjoy how much psychology and data we can leverage to optimize guided selling. When you can implement psychology on a webshop and it works, this feels like a win. On the data side, we are getting impressive and interesting results on who our shoppers are, and why they buy the running shoes they do. This has helped improve our taxonomies and categories, and is defining our competitive advantage in the market.

**What do you dislike about Crobox?**

The amount of flexibility we have from Crobox makes it so that we can always cater to the needs of our shoppers. We are always improving in a way that’s fast and efficient. I can’t think of anything that should change in this relationship.

**What problems is Crobox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the Shoe Finder tool, we can see which attributes appeal to whom, giving us a rich database of information about our customers and our products. We believe we are selling technically and scientifically superior products. The challenge is how we point out to the customer which attributes matter to them, and the Finder is one way we are now able to understand people’s shopping decisions. For the user, we can guide them to the products they want. It’s also helping us understand runners' profiles while bringing our in-store guided selling experience online. For our brand and for the customer, this is a win-win. We’ve also never seen such high conversions.

**What do you like best about Crobox?**

The Product Finder tool is simple, lean, and scalable. It was implemented really fast and the onboarding was efficient, and inclusive, with lots of knowledge sharing for my teams.

**What do you dislike about Crobox?**

The whole experience was great and helped us alleviate many challenges, especially giving us autonomy and making us react fast. Something that isn't specific to the tool is visibility. To get the full benefit of the Product Finder, we need to increase the contextual visibility of the Finder on our site so we can get more shoppers to use it. We are currently working to prompt our shoppers on more pages to use our Fit Finder.

**Recommendations to others considering Crobox:**

Connect with the team! I always enjoyed the eye-level relationship and having them think along with me!

**What problems is Crobox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of our shoppers don’t know their sizing and fit. The Product Finder helps match customers to the products that fit well. Plus, the data has helped us validate how many users don’t know their size to begin with. These insights generated from the Product Finder are important to validate and disprove our hypotheses and learn about our audience. Which will help us create more educational, and contextual content in our roadmap.
With such a lean solution in place, we are able to be more reactive. This is giving us an advantage in a market that values reactiveness. Our CR has seen unprecedented uplifts as a result of the Product Finder. Making it more visible on the webshop will, in turn, lead to increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
