**What do you like best about CRMLeaf?**

CRMLeaf has a clean, intuitive interface that makes it easy to manage leads, contacts, and deals. The sales pipeline is visually helpful, and automation features save time. Real-time tracking and email integration are also strong points. It’s lightweight yet feature-rich.

**What do you dislike about CRMLeaf?**

Some advanced reporting features feel limited, and customizations can take a few extra steps. It would be helpful to have more third-party integrations and in-app tips for new users. However, the support team is responsive and quick to assist.

**What problems is CRMLeaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRMLeaf solves the problem of scattered customer data and missed follow-ups. It centralizes lead and contact management, improving team coordination and accountability. This has boosted our response time, improved deal closure rates, and made sales tracking much more efficient.
