Quantity of training opportunities
Accessibility
User interface is easy to learn
Good value

**What do you dislike about CRM i3?**

I appreciate that it is cloud-based, but this offers some anxiety for me in regard to it being hacked. I'm old school.

**What problems is CRM i3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our donors and supporters.

**What do you like best about CRM i3?**

Tabs, search bar function, overall easy to use.  I love the font.  Well organized and visually simple.

**What do you dislike about CRM i3?**

Some of the features are not intuitive.  This is rare however.  Mostly awesome.

**What problems is CRM i3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing leads, helping with efficient follow-up, and documenting correspondence.

**What do you like best about CRM i3?**

The innovation and affordability of this CRM are commendable.
Cloud, Saas, and Web-based deployment.
In-person training.
Great customer support has impressed me the most.
Cataloging and categorization.
Knowledge management.
Ease of access and usability

**What do you dislike about CRM i3?**

Training can't be done on webinars and videos.
We have limited deployment options.
Scalability and integrability are not as great as the competition.

**Recommendations to others considering CRM i3:**

Enhance deployment options.
Increase integration scope.

**What problems is CRM i3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to manage our sales team.
Running marketing and lead generation campaigns
Using it to train the representatives.

**What do you like best about CRM i3?**

In my business unit we use I3 for a multitude of reasons, one of which is outbound and inbound calls as well as tracking who is on and offline which can be extremely helpful when finding the next available person.

**What do you dislike about CRM i3?**

It has several bugs with regards to auto status changes but other than that it usually works how it should 

**What problems is CRM i3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It tracks all calls, voicemails and allows us to pull calls for review
