What do you like best about CRM i3?

In my business unit we use I3 for a multitude of reasons, one of which is outbound and inbound calls as well as tracking who is on and offline which can be extremely helpful when finding the next available person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CRM i3?

It has several bugs with regards to auto status changes but other than that it usually works how it should Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
