**What do you like best about Reece?**

What stands out most is how quickly Jointflows becomes useful. The setup is really simple, the output is clear, and it gives me much better visibility into what is happening across my deals. It helps highlight qualification gaps, shows where deals are slowing down, and makes the next steps much clearer. That has made a big difference to deal velocity and overall execution.

I also like that it is not just giving generic AI suggestions. It captures context, helps structure complex deals, and recommends practical actions that actually help move opportunities forward. It has brought more consistency to our sales process, improved adherence to MEDDPICC, and made it easier to coach around real deal data rather than instinct. Overall it has helped us create a better and more structured experience for buyers as well.

**What do you dislike about Reece?**

There is not much to dislike, it is able to do what I need it to do on a day to day basis.

**What problems is Reece solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves is lack of clarity and control in complex deals. Before using it, it was much harder to spot deal slippage early, understand the true health of an opportunity, or know where to focus to improve momentum. Jointflows gives us a more structured way to manage that.

It has helped us improve predictability, increase process consistency, surface risks earlier, and make complex opportunities feel much more manageable. It also helps align buyer and seller processes better, automate some of the manual work around deal management, and improve the quality of execution across the team. The result is better visibility, stronger conversion and more confidence in the pipeline.

**What do you like best about Reece?**

I find Jointflows easy to use and easy to set up. Its integration with HubSpot is really good, pulling data from HubSpot to manage the deal flow efficiently. This seamless integration helps track the deal flow progress much better than a manual operation. Also, Jointflows takes information from calls and emails and presents it in a format that is easy to read and useful.

I use Jointflows to manage deal flow in HubSpot, integrating well to track progress better than manual operations. It helps track sentiment and movement, providing data from calls and emails in an easy-to-read and useful format.

There is nothing to dislike. Some specific integrations will be helpful as we scale, but from where we were to where we are today is a total sales transformation, thanks to Jointflows

Speed and autonomy—hands down. Jointflows runs discovery, qualification, and pipeline management end-to-end without needing constant human input. You’re up and running in under three minutes. It captures context, builds execution plans, and proactively recommends the next best actions to move deals forward. This isn’t AI bolted onto broken workflows—it’s AI-native from the ground up.

It does not "sugar coat" the truth but since everything is auditable this isn't a problem.

I like that Jointflows is relatively quick to use through HubSpot APIs, and it shows information very clearly. I appreciate the MEDDPICC scorecard feature for scoring calls. It allows us to use Jointflows efficiently; if it slowed us down, we would be less likely to use it. Jointflows provides actionable insights into what has been done well, what needs expanding, and the gaps in information, along with actionable next steps to cover those areas. I found the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Reece?**

I would like more APIs so that we could link back into HubSpot for uploading information from Jointflows. I would like it maybe to use slightly less harsh language, which would be better for junior members of the sales team, and the option to be able to automatically create tasks in a dashboard for the sales managers and the AEs.

I like Jointflows' agentic approach, which is exactly what we needed to scale our sales operation. The ability to automatically reconstruct timelines and perform stakeholder analysis from our CRM and call transcripts is incredible. It successfully identified critical sales gaps in our process like ROI quantification. It feels like having a high-level sales coach that doesn't let you miss a single detail. Additionally, it helps us understand what to do next and who to focus on.

The AI tone can be over aggressive or brutally honest at times. It's fine for more senior and seasoned reps and undeniably not sugar coating the gaps is valuable, but if it misses a detail then it can be annoying. I worry that it could be disengaging for more junior reps.

The only thing I’d mention is that, at the moment, there isn’t a way to send the information back to the CRM. That said, I’m confident the team will develop this in the future.

Jointflows has become a core part of my daily sales workflow. **What do you like best about Reece?**

I really like the MAAP (Mutual Agreed Action Plan) Feature. 

I like having a one stop shop place that isn't a sharepoint where important documents, presentations and call recordings go to die and never be viewed or read again. 

With the MAAP it's easy for the prospect or client to have a central place for them to easily review this important deal information from along with the high level project plan and actions log. 

The team at JF are also very supportive and responsive in helping build out the best playbooks for our business needs.

Some of the UI needs a refresh but the team are constantly updating and reviewing all feature feedback in this regard.

A way for me to keep the prospect / client informed of the process for their complex buying journey.

As a sales rep, I love how JointFlows can enhance collaboration between the sales person and the prospect.

The UI is the biggest area for improvement, but they are continuing to make great strides in this area.

**What do you like best about Reece?**

Previously we managed our projects via a custom Salesforce object which made understanding simple things like how long certain tasks take far more difficult than it should be. JointFlows really allows me to understand exactly how long our onboarding process takes, where we might be having issues and whether our projects are on time or slipping. It also gives us the added benefit of being able to provide more transparency to our clients, helping them understand how a project is progressing and helping us keep our clients accountable for the tasks they're responsible for. 

JointFlows was easy to implement, as this was managed fully by Mick and Hitesh, but the platform is very easy to use and I've been comfortable making adjustments to the products to help fit my needs.

Mick and Hitesh have been fantastic support over the past few months, ensuring we have everything we need and regularly keeping in touch.

Nothing, any issues/bugs/missing features we've noticed have very quickly been addressed or added by the team.

**What do you like best about Reece?**

Jointflows has been a great tool to help us improve our internal tracking of different projects. 

Although we decided to use the functionilty in a slightly different way to the rest of the business, we've been able to implement the set-up easily and find a configuration that works well for Account Managers.

The platform is easy to use, and gives me a clear breakdown of mine & my teams ongoing projects.

The team at Jointflows (Mick & Hitesh) have been super helpful & patient throughout every step of the onboarding process. They have supported with training and suggestions of how best to configure the platform for our bespoke set-up.

I can't think of any negatives. Any bugs we've found have been addressed quickly and the team are always eager to hear any suggestions we have to help improve our overall experience.

Jointflows is super easy to use once you get your head round it. Stuart was great at  helping me understand the benefit to me and the client. It's become a important every day tool of our onboarding process to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.

**What do you dislike about Reece?**

There are sometimes some issues with my projects loading and having to refresh the page. Unsure whether this is a bug or something to do with chrome extensions I use.

Jointflows makes communicating with our clients more effective and easy. We can ask the difficult questions in a more pragmatic way, giving reason behind these questions.

I like the fact it allows you to stay in control of your pipeline instead of being all over the place with multiple spreadsheets and documents = More accurate pipeline allowing you to forecast and close deals quicker.

Allowing you also to qualify out quicker in the sales process.

Turns Subjective sales cycles and forecasts into Objective meaning and data. Clarity to sales cycles, better forecasting and prediction for Founders/CEO's and consistency to sales teams and onboarding new resources.

It is a parallel system to CRM's but worth the effort for its metric output differ.

In enterprise and complex selling and in a bootstrapped business, forecasting and prediction of revenue/cashflow was critical. Jointflows added real meaning to this conversation but also gave us a consistent point of view to run sales meetings and offer better insights into best next steps and gaps to navigate.

Jointflows is fantastic for capturing all the data typical CRMs don't and allowing you to visualise and manage that from an AE perspective. It helps you create repeatable cycles through consistent reporting and analysis of deals. 

All of this is wrapped up to allow you to see if your deals are on track or falling behind!

**What do you dislike about Reece?**

There could be some general improvements to UI, however I expect this will come with product maturity.

Forecasting, accurate reporting, unblocking deals ahead of time.

**What do you like best about Reece?**

A clear and easy-to-use dashboard means I have everything I need in one place when it comes to closing and forecasting deals. 

The ability to assign tasks and next steps to key stakeholders during the closing process means I don't have to be a project manager anymore and I can focus on getting the deals done. 

The easy-to-use templates and native integrations mean there is very little manual input on my side which means more time to focus on closing deals.

**What do you dislike about Reece?**

At the moment there is very little I do not enjoy about Jointflows any bottlenecks or challenges I have encountered I have raised a ticket and the team has reacted quickly and clearly. 

I sent over some feedback to the team on a feature for the platform and this has now been updated and integrated into the platform as a main feature.

**What problems is Reece solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jointflows have helped me to streamline my closing plans taking away all of the unknowns and making each stakeholder accountable for their role in the deal, this has not only improved my close rate but they have allowed me to increase the number of deals I am closing at any one time. 

The forecasting and deal tracking capabilities allow me to identify where I have risks in my deals this allows me to quickly and efficiently eradicate the risks or bring in the right people to help without having to go back through hundreds of emails and call recordings. 

Before Jointflows I was spending hours chasing internal and external stakeholders to get NDA's, T&Cs, Order forms, and PO's and many more but now with Jointflows this is all automated and streamlined.
