We have to export the csv of our daily alerts into a different system to get meaningful data. We no longer use X/Twitter, but CM's roadmap has no plans to include Bsky; instead they want to sell us an additional product to monitor that. I have to edit clips multiple times to get one that I can share with a client. The initial edit can be perfect, but then after I save it to my Files it has changed. It's ridiculous, considering how much I pay for CM. Being able to clearly present coverage, provide hits in different sections, paired with the ability to create a template for each client has been very successful. Lastly, the metrics and graphs for the reporting have saved an exuberant amount of time when presenting results to our clients. **What do you dislike about Critical Mention?** It can be challenging to find placements in smaller trade publications and nice media outlets. Often trade publications only post their monthly issues online through a PDF which Critical Mention is not able to scrub for these mentions.
