A handful of our brokers have paid accounts which allows them to capture more information regarding leads in order to reach out/follow up on their interest in a property. I have realized that certain listings are available on Crexi before any other platform. The "problems" we are solving with crexi, besides keeping up with the market listings, are evaluating properties in evaluations.
