There is quite a lot I like about it.
You can set up your own collection paths to chase your customers automatically for payment.
You can easily export your entire ledger.
You can visibly see any unallocated payments.
Create to do lists is great too.
add in promises to pay so that is doesn't chase the invoices that are overdue.
You can also integrate a payment option if you wish which allows your customers to click on the pay now button.
It has a great home page showing overdue invoices, invoices not due etc
You can add multiple companies.
All in all it is a great tool and customers respond really well to it. Really helps with getting payments in much quicker.
It is very simple to set up and the videos and training given from Credit Hound is fantastic. I use this everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
