I was frustrated that I had to select the analysis format before starting, and as I forgot to do so, I ended up using more credits since the default was set to the full analysis. However, this issue has now been resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gives you insight that we don't typically get through other forms of analysis, and also delivers this simply that we can all understand. I'm not a marketing or ad specialist, but myself and my team can easily understand what we doing wrong (and right) and quickly educate ourselves on what to improve (and what to do better next time).
