**What do you like best about Creatio Sales?**

Creations' ability to connect with our external ordering platforms means that our field sales staff will have access to data that was previously unavailable to them. System upgrades occur regularly, but there is never any pressure to migrate us to the newest platform. Since we are a sizable company, Creatio and our support staff have taken an effort to ensure a smooth transition of our business procedures. Constant updates to the marketplace provide us access to tools that we might not have known existed, stimulating us to consider new methods of conducting business. Creatio Academy provides a wealth of resources, including instruction and documentation.

**What do you dislike about Creatio Sales?**

I'd rather not have to perform these steps via Business Process Setup but rather have more options for business rules—in other words, restricting the range of values for a date field to only today or just today and tomorrow. A nice feature would be to have the dashboard automatically refresh. Things include adjusting a time frame or selecting a member of a team from a list box. There isn't a simple framework for setting up pick lists. Because of the overlap between departments, it can be challenging and time-consuming to ensure that everyone has the information they need to do their jobs effectively.

**What problems is Creatio Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of its user-friendly interface and low-code, no-code nature, the Creatio system is a good fit for even those of us who may not have a CRM background, like me. Our support staff is responsive and helpful, and it only took me a week to learn how to get started creating fields and processes for our business. Previously, it would have taken weeks for developers to get to this point.

**What do you like best about Creatio Sales?**

Creatio as a CRM got the various amount of business functionalities related to CRM, especially in the Sales Creatio the pee built lead management, opportunity management and sales forecasting gives a very good value to the business

**What do you dislike about Creatio Sales?**

Creatio got almost all the pipeline management. Nothing much in terms of dislikes. But it would be great if Creatio improve the user interfaces to look better. Also, it's better if there is a ability to debug the BPM flows if there are any failures.

**Recommendations to others considering Creatio Sales:**

I would recommend Sales Creatio to anyone in the sales and marketing industry simply because of the awesome low code capability

**What problems is Creatio Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At our organization, we use Creatio for all our sales, pre-sales, and lead generation activities. especially with the BPM and low code capability of the platform, we are creating our own tailor-made solution by ourself without much development effort

Low-code/no-code instruments and concept of the "Citizen developer". This solution also contains a lot of different instruments for BP automation and enhanced usability of the product.

**What do you dislike about Creatio Sales?**

limited count of "ready to go" processes, which leads to necessity of BPMN knowledge at least)))

Automation of various processes. Main benefit - time-to-market and easy customization
