I would say the billing feature is most helpful. **What do you dislike about CounSol.com?** The providers' side of the portal is less attractive and could continue to better itsThis user interface. **What problems is CounSol.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** This product organizes my schedule, billing, and client records in convenient ways. ### 2. I don't have a high level of needs running a solo practice without taking insurance. The software does offer insurance and credit card payments, but I don't need that at this time. **What do you dislike about CounSol.com?** It's not as pretty as some of the others. It feels a little clunky, but if the interface looked better, it would easily compete with Simple Practice at a better price. **What problems is CounSol.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can have my notes stored electronically in a HIPAA-compliant service. I can also easily keep my work calendar synced with my personal calendar. I am also able to send secure messages to my client and have them complete disclosures through the portal. I also am able to personalize the access each client has to the client pages. ### 3. I loved being able to share documents and media files with clients as well as having the capability to allow patients to schedule their own appointments online. Everything was streamlined quite efficiently. **What do you dislike about CounSol.com?** I felt that the over aesthetics were a bit clunky in terms of design. I would have liked an easier way to upload templates for clients to fill out, rather than having to enter things manually in a very tedious manner. **Recommendations to others considering CounSol.com:** Consider your own personal needs and make sure that Counsol aligns. For instance, if you are not needing a platform for teletherapy, then you might be able to find another EHR for a lower price. **What problems is CounSol.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** HIIPA compliant secure communication with clients, online scheduling, telehealth (video therapy), and all client records were housed within Counsol. ### 4. My clients get exactly what they need and I can manage my business as well as my clients. Everything is in one easy place and it makes it easy for me to spend more time with my clients. **What do you dislike about CounSol.com?** I do not like that there are limited options for evaluating income data, its complicated managing family sessions, and their already established forms are not customizable. I either have to have my own form generated or add an attachment. **Recommendations to others considering CounSol.com:** Having utilized other programs I believe Counsol really tries to meet your individual practice needs. They help you set up your forms and your entire practice. Their customer services is excellent, I always get a reply within a day. **What problems is CounSol.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am cutting down the cost of having to field phone calls to make or reschedule appointments. Forms are stored in one easy place. I have a mobile office.
