They have great support and the database is robust and versatile. I would say the billing feature is most helpful.

Good value for simple needs
I love that this software is basic. I don't have a high level of needs running a solo practice without taking insurance. The software does offer insurance and credit card payments, but I don't need that at this time.

Strong program with a few kinks
This was a great EHR that allows a clinician to interact with patients through a secure portal. I loved being able to share documents and media files with clients as well as having the capability to allow patients to schedule their own appointments online. Everything was streamlined quite efficiently.
