We liked most the seamless integration of CoSupport Customer to our email channel. We also like performance. After a month of using and improvements based on our agents’ feedback, the responses became extremely precise. The pricing policy is also an advantage because it allows for predictable budgeting. At first, I wasn’t optimistic as we’ve tried multiple AI tools over the last 2 years with no meaningful results. Well, not with CoSupport – their AI somehow learned everything about our software and our customer profile without any work on our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
