**What do you like best about Corrao Group?**

Corrao Consulting is known for its expertise in Salesforce implementation and customization, particularly for businesses, in our case for nonprofits.
They have experience,  they provide a strong focus on your business and what you need, they excel in customization and integration, enhance data manegement, and they provide solutions.

**What do you dislike about Corrao Group?**

Their customization complexity can sometimes lead to systems that require ongoing maintenance and support. 
There is a certain dependency on consultants  for support.

**What do you like best about Corrao Group?**

They have a deep understanding of the entire Salesforce ecosystem and how to best leverage the products. They adhere to best practices without being asked, unlike many other consultants, and don't just build everything using Apex when we don't have an internal resource to manage it. They act as a true strategic partner versus a and execute equally well.

**What do you dislike about Corrao Group?**

Their pricing is on the higher end, but you get what you pay for. In their case, it is justified as they consistently deliver a high quality work and have never had an issue with solutions they have built. I have used a cheaper alternative once and it was not a pleasant experience.

**What problems is Corrao Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used Corrao largely as a strategic partner for larger scale Salesforce projects and as a development execution arm, but also have used them as an MSA to ensure there is continuity in admin services upon the exit of internal Salesforce staffing.

Carrao Group's diligence to schedule and consideration in estimating, implementing and follow through is second most appreciated only to their staff.  Tyler, Blake and Michelle are invaluable team mates.

This team makes a commitment and sticks to it.  If you are looking for a team to break promises, break ranks and let the tail wag the dog, look elsewhere.  This company means business.

**What problems is Corrao Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing and updating a SFDC instance for two companies.  We now have a functioning SFDC instance for both companies.  These control/track everything for procurement, logistics, service tickets, work orders, scheduling service appointments, history on projects, customer information, site information, etc.  We are now in a position that we can easily scale to match our rapid growth.

Doing business with this organization is organized and simple.

They are expert consultants so loosing their services creates a large hole your staff must backfill.

**Recommendations to others considering Corrao Group:**

Plan for their departure by making sure your team is able to backfill them. Consider doing an hourly agreement of ad hoc services to facilitate the transition.

**What problems is Corrao Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a tight timeline and loose scope our IT team was tasked with building a complex client facing software solution atop the Salesforce stack. In house talent couldn't pivot quickly enough so we turned to the Corrao group. 

From proposal to kickoff, doing business with them was simple. Their 2 man team included a Project Manager and technical architect. The PM integrated with our stakeholders seamlessly and mapped out a plan with few edits. Development immediately followed and produced a masterpiece of quality, logic and usability our stakeholders immediately recognized.

At solution delivery- Corrao's team stood by their work providing recording training videos for new users and support for questions about how they architected things.

If time to value is critical its my opinion and experience the Corrao group will be able to deliver.

I have worked with many partners and I would say that the team at Corrao consistently demonstrated that they are a true partner.  Setting up and future proofing the solution, tailoring the training based on the teams schedule and comfort.  At no time did we feel rushed or pressured to check a box to move on to the next phase.

Partnering with Corrao group we were able to enhance the productivity and performance of our invoicing team, ultimately enhancing our cusotmers experience.  Corrao developed a solution that exceeded the expectations of our leadership, sales and cusotmer support teams.

**What do you like best about Corrao Group?**

Clear communication around projects and timelines. 
Always provided clear instructions on how to use new dashboards, reports, etc. that they built.
Very flexible in customizing Salesforce for our particular needs.

Can't really think of much. There were a few times we had to go back and forth on things early on in our working relationship, but as we both understood "how we work," we got through it.

We are a small team, so we rely on Corrao for their Salesforce expertise. They built out our Opportunity object/process and the reporting and dashboards around that. Additionally, they help us quickly iterate on our implementation as we grew and learned.

**What do you like best about Corrao Group?**

It is a very adaptable application, and having extensive knowledge and expertise with the product, along with a creative team, enabled us to create a unique and inventive solution design for our company. Corrao Group is an experienced user of various products, allowing them to optimize them swiftly, effectively, and efficiently. There is service quality and labor that exceeds expectations. Overall, they are a fantastic bunch of individuals to deal with, and I would suggest them to anybody interested in getting started with Salesforce or getting more out of it.

**What do you dislike about Corrao Group?**

Carrao offers excellent project management skills as well as a comprehensive invoicing system that tracks everything, even late invoice payments. The only disadvantage I see is that they are not as large as Accenture, but the advantage is that you receive the same devoted, one-on-one service that you would at those sorts of firms. You will be reminded about outstanding overdue invoices on a regular basis, which can be unpleasant, especially because our A/P employees have 2-4 week payment periods.

**Recommendations to others considering Corrao Group:**

They are the ones to contact if you need Salesforce specialists. Adoption support should be led at the executive level; without it, no matter how brilliant the product is, you will fail. You get what you pay for; certainly, there are less expensive consultants out there, but chances are you'll also receive less service. There will be no "surprises" or "oh, we need extra hours to finish the project" with this firm. I've only had a few hours left over from a SOW, and they've never had to go back and seek extra to finish things.

Corrao is currently putting up dashboards to monitor the efficacy of our lead/buyer interaction, follow-up, and conversion now that they have recorded the business process and generated training manuals. They've helped us overcome a lot of obstacles, one of which was developing a product access/approval platform within Salesforce that interacted with our website. As a consequence, we are now 90% more productive than ever before for our clients. We are optimizing the performance of our Salesforce instance. We must build on the foundations established by the Corrao Group.

Corrao group helped us solve a lack of a CRM. Although the CRM has benefits being a smaller organization we didn't yet need a sophisticated soulution. Corrao group did a great job of understanding our true need and not trying to sell us on features that our business was not yet ready for.

They are friendly and attentive. They respond quickly to my requests and so far I have not stumped them! They also act in the best interest of the company that I work for, even though they don't have to do so.

Corrao Group is filling in the gaps that I am having as the dedicated Salesforce Administrator. Blake and Michelle have both been extremely helpful in allowing me to bounce ideas off of them for various tasks that I need to complete or simply to understand a different perspective on best practices in Salesforce. It is great to have additional knowledge and support from a team that knows our Salesforce instance.

Corrao Group was our initial partner for implementing Salesforce in 2018, and we still depend on them today.  Since implementation, we have upgraded with their assistance and explored additional add-ons that they have walked us through.  We currently have a service contract which allows for training of our users.  This training has been instrumental in increasing adoption among our users.  Outsourcing the training allows our admins to focus on other tasks.

Corrao Group has an excellent team, with each member bringing different strengths.  They are thorough and knowledgeable, but most important, responsive.

**What do you dislike about Corrao Group?**

There have been no complaints from our users in their interactions with Corrao Group's team.

For those just starting with Salesforce, or those seeking greater adoption, Corrao Group has the knowledge and resources to help you reach your goals.

Our process was not automated, so was very limited in reporting ability.  We have gone from a low-end CRM to a system that fully supports our sales team with resources to make their task easier.  Corrao Group has helped us customize Salesforce to meet our goals.

**Describe the project or task Corrao Group helped with:**

Help design and implement SFDC system for our growing company. Implemented Salesforce from ground up, added CPQ to package midway and ended with a short training session for our sales team.

**What do you like best about Corrao Group?**

Very responsive and hardworking people. Management is nice - they mean well. It was a good effort, it was evident a lot of work went in, and they tried to give best advice they could. We found the walkthrough videos to be very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Corrao Group?**

The Corrao team had some internal quarrelling between their employees which was evident in the consulting process - not super professional. 

Ultimately, we felt as though the team at implementation Corrao was very opinionated and not very helpful in providing us with the best set up for our needs and sales motion. Our conversations and sessions were not very efficient and were often dominated by lecturing or push back by the Corrao consultant to the Geltor team. Again, on the whole, just not a great use of our time and not very professional. 

Every comment or change was taken very literally, which was also not very productive or easy to work with. The could have been a better partner in that sense. We often felt as if we were wrong about everything, which is never a good feeling to have when new to a system as a customer or quite frankly the reality given the general flexibility of the SFDC system.

They built a foundation for us to continue iteration of our system, but it was by no means "done" by the end of the implementation period. I can't compare this process to others, given its the only time that I have implemented a CRM system, but our needs were ultimately not satisfied by the work completed by Corrao. We have hired another person internally to continue to refine the system and we've needed to put in significant work to make changes from the original implementation. 

Geltor can take some responsibility for the ongoing iteration needed, given we are building our commercial function in real time - that is the reality of a start up - though I definitely think the process could have been a lot more productive and that the team at Corrao should be accustomed to working with companies of our size and growth stage. We felt that we were quite prepared with our outline and information when the project kicked off and felt as though we gave them a solid baseline to build out the system.

Help design and implement SFDC system for our growing company. Basic introductory training for our sales team. It helped us build a foundation for the system and displayed the complexities of the software.

This messaging was used in how Coretek presents itself to the world through both digital and print media and campaign generation through Pardot / Salesforce integration and prospect nurturing.

Robyn, Drew and Wyatt, along with the larger team were great to work with, and provided valuable insights to how we want to project ourselves and some of the tactile things we needed to do this year during challenging times.  They were responsive and creative through the discovery process as well as their delivery

Some hiccups with coordination, but overall very positive experience

Corrao has helped us complete several projects over the years we have worked with them at Altegris Investments LLC & Artivest after our merger. Everything from complicated VisualForce/Apex integrations, data modeling and workarounds, to all things Pardot, Corrao knows them all extremely well. We are yet to present a problem they didn't have an elegant solution for. We have used them for both independent projects and ongoing servicing needs.

They use the software in their own company, which is how you know they practice what they preach. They are one of very few consulting groups that I can say I have formed a personal connection with. All around they are a great group of people to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get started in Salesforce, or looking to get more out of it.

I honestly don't have any cons. If you speak with them, you will understand.

You pay for what you get. There are cheaper consultants out there for sure, but you will likely get cheaper service as well. There won't be any "surprises" or "oops, we need more hours to complete the project" with this company. I have only had hours left over from an SOW, they have never had to come back and request more to complete something.

**What problems is Corrao Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have solved several hurdles of ours, but one complicated example was created a product access/approval platform within salesforce that integrated with our website. We were very pleased with the outcome and it worked perfectly.

Corrao Group helped my team manage the input of our key program data for one of our most important CR programs. Prior to my work in the program they also helped set up our Salesforce and built out the customization that was necessary for the level of detail the program required.

I value the knowledge and expertise of Corrao Group and trust that they can carry out projects with little oversight.

I've found that if I don't prep the files perfectly before sending them to be uploaded decisions are made to create new fields without my knowledge which creates more clean up work and time for me pre and post upload. It would be great to be asked necessary questions during the upload to ensure the data is being added to the Salesforce in a way that doesn't impact the data outcomes.

We don't have to worry about the time it takes to do the data uploads and all of the errors that come along with it but I do so much prep work on the files because our partners also don't have the time to be perfect that I wonder how much time I'm actually saving.

Avalon was initially unsuccessful with on-boarding Pardot to our Salesforce platform.  Corrao Group was recommended by our Salesforce Sales Rep.  From the first meeting with Corrao they were able to explain how Pardot could be customized to meet our business to customer needs...when we couldn't see how to previously make it work.  

The time and patience that was spent detailing the Statement of Work was greatly appreciated.  They held our hand, all the way through Implementation.....their team and the service they provided was excellent!    We could not have done it without them.

Their primary goal and objective were to understand our business (Homebuilding) and capture the essence of our B2C process, which was compounded by the complexity of multiple communities, divisions, and integration points.

Because Salesforce is a highly configurable application, having in-depth knowledge and experience in the product, coupled with a talented team, allowed us to bring about a unique, innovative solution design for our business.  Carrao's patients (listening to their customers and teaching them about salesforce.com), along with the pursuit of excellence, made this possible.

Carrao has greate project management discipline and a very sophisticated billing system that keeps track of everything, including late invoice payments.  You will receive continues reminders regarding unpaid delinquent invoices, which can get annoying, especially when our A/P folks are on 2 to 4 weeks payment cycles.

**Recommendations to others considering Corrao Group:**

Make sure the right business leaders are providing the proper time to making the right decisions, design, and process.  Support of adoption must be driven at the executive level; without it, you can not succeed no matter how good the product is. 

**What problems is Corrao Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are bringing management awareness on the use of Salesforce by our sales agents.  Now that Corrao has captured the business process, and created training manuals, they are now composing dashboards to gauge the effectiveness of our lead/buyer interaction, followup, and conversion rate. As a result, we are now 90% more effective to our customers than ever before. Next will be to maximize the use of the Pardot marketing tool.

Quick turnaround time when troubleshooting is needed, informed of new SalesForce updates, and expertise in how we've architected our systems. They are consultative in their approach and always provide a good, better, best solution based on our budget and deadline.

The dislikes really come down to us. The inability to utilize the full suite of SalesForce tools we could potentially leverage as an organization. However, they do assist in planning how to use additional tools once we arrive to that point.
