Before Coreloops, managing Timesheets, CVRs, Payment Applications, and Variation Orders was extremely time-consuming and involved managing multiple spreadsheets. We were spending far too much time on admin.
Timesheets were especially painful. The process was manual and it used to take several days for our finance and QS teams to complete it. Now we use Coreloops to handle it automatically, updating cost reports in real time and giving us accurate, payroll-ready summaries in seconds.
The dashboards make it easy to see exactly how each project is doing, so we’re never rushing around around trying to pull information together at the last minute. It’s quick to learn, easy to use, and has freed up hours that we can now spend on more valuable work.
