They were incredibly professional, even when some participants were skeptical of the course and the lessons.

The perception of DEI training is rough, so I don't have any dislikes

**What problems is Cook Ross, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped our organization tackle the tough issue of disrupting bias.  It helped us make better hiring decisions and be more aware of our own biases.
