**What do you like best about Convocore?**

The no-code agent builder is genuinely intuitive. I had a working voice agent deployed within a few hours of signing up, with no engineering help needed. Multi-channel support is another real strength; connecting the agent to WhatsApp took just minutes, and it worked exactly as expected right out of the box. Overall, the platform feels like it was built by people who truly understand how businesses use AI, not just how to demo it.

**What do you dislike about Convocore?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve once you get beyond the basics. Some of the more advanced configuration options aren’t immediately obvious, and the documentation doesn’t always cover the gaps. Support is helpful, but sometimes I’d rather be able to find the answer myself quickly, and that isn’t always possible.

**What problems is Convocore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it daily to handle routine customer conversations that would otherwise eat into the team's time. Because it runs continuously in the background, the volume of repetitive inquiries reaching our team has dropped noticeably. It's not a magic fix, but for something we rely on this frequently, it holds up well and the setup effort was worth it.

**What do you like best about Convocore?**

Integrating Channels with my agent was easy and straightforward, and connecting WhatsApp and Telegram in particular was simple. Overall, the setup process felt smooth and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Convocore?**

The Instagram setup didn’t work particularly well for me, so I ended up having to use another third-party option for Instagram instead.

**What problems is Convocore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can deploy my agents on WhatsApp, but I don’t fully understand all the details and nuances of connecting Voiceflow to WhatsApp.
