Pretty powerful employee monitoring system with some DLP features **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2017 **What do you like best about Controlio?** Many ready-to-use reports (user behavior) for monitoring and analysis, Real-time data, screenshots, app/web usage, email usage, keystrokes, etc. It seems that we don't need now to use the previously bought corporate firewall to filter the web traffic since WE includes web filtering. Personally, I like the scheduled reporting and to apply DB and URL masks in Web Filter to block some content. **What do you dislike about Controlio?** It was not extremely easy to configure the product from scratch, so my team required the assistance of the tech support. **Recommendations to others considering Controlio:** Try it in Windows PCs environment, especially if you use Active Directory, and don't forget to inform the employees in the written form that there's an employee surveillance system installed to exclude issues with their privacy at the work place. **What problems is Controlio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We monitor employees behavior at their workplaces. Some users are spending too much time on social media websites (as well as watching online streams).
