We don't have the best PCs on the floor, most we buy after a 3-year lease program because we don't require much horsepower as we run a green screen and some web SaaS apps. There is no noticable difference in performance on the PCs running the client. I think their pricing is very fair and competitiive. And the data it collets and displays in the client is very valuable, especially in use cases like ours where we have a few contractors connecting to our systems from their work computers that are not issues by us. **What do you dislike about Controlio?** Early into our trial and subscription I had to reclassify quite a bit of activity. This isn't critical, but helps with the productive work reporting. I also could not get the client to load from the command line. I wanted to load it with a silent switch. I ended up having to remote in to each client and run the installer. **What problems is Controlio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have several contractors that work on our systems, mostly in programming roles, and while we do not have desire or need to monitor WFH employees, we do have a few whose output does not seem adequate. So we have used this tool on a few low performers, mostly to see if they not using the PC at all for extended periods of time throughout the day. It has delivered actionable results. ### 6. We tested other softwares before, and they all missed something. Controlio was the only one with all we needed for a pretty good price. **What problems is Controlio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our users (mostly the sales team) were used to browsing the web all the time during work hours. This was impacting our sales.
