**What do you like best about ContentTap?**

I love how simple it is to have ContentTap at its core to help with my content finding and organization. There are so many options for access control by which I am able to limit users to view or even input information as per my discretion.

**What do you dislike about ContentTap?**

It lacks real time collaborative editing features hence users cannot collaboratively edit documents in real time. This could be irritating in cases that involve joint work on assignments that will need changes from time to time.

**What problems is ContentTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ContentTap has enabled me to enhance the way I work with content in terms of editing, creating and curating. The access controls minimize the access of persons who should not access the systems and information is well protected.
