Very efficient and time saving and cost efficient also. It has variety of features which enables easy retail from customers as well as sellers point of view. **What do you dislike about ConsignPro?** Nothing to be disliked about this tool, but it has lot of functions due to which a user may get confused though i would still prefer to go with consign pro in terms of beautiful USER INTERFACE. **What problems is ConsignPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Generally we solve various problems using consign pro software as it has retail point sale, inventory and several other customers management CRN based e-commerce and retail accounting features ### 2. ConsignPro is extremely easy to use and if for some reason there is a mishap, the TechSupport is next to none. **What do you dislike about ConsignPro?** Other than occasionally being slow, the price is on the higher-end. I was not the person responsible for implementing to a solution, but I've been told by those who have that it is steep. **What problems is ConsignPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The largest pain that was solved when using ConsignPro was the ability to stay organized within inventory. In the food service space, this was of vital importance. ### 3. Also, if something goes wrong, the Tech people can go into my computer and fix it. It's easy to use once you get a hang of it and if there's any problems, and I mean ANY problems, Tech Support will fix it. **What do you dislike about ConsignPro?** It can be slow. Like, terribly slow. I'm not sure if its the version I'm using, but it kills me sometimes. Also, it has a bad habit of saying the program is open, but it won't be open. It makes me restart my computer before I can pull it up. Also, if someone is tagging products on one computer and another person decides to do the same on another computer, they don't sync. It makes the SKU numbers off and it gets really confusing. **Recommendations to others considering ConsignPro:** Just stay calm, it is easy to learn. **What problems is ConsignPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory. It helps so much with Inventory.
