"Happy Conservis Customer & Partner"

What do you like best?

The customer service at Conservis exceeds other companies in similar business types and across the agriculture industry. I feel that the support is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile in meeting customer/farmer needs. Conservis is continually focused on improvement and it is essential to our business.

What do you dislike?

No dislikes about Conservis from a high level perspective. Would like to see Conservis continue to improve their product and integrate with other companies.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been able to streamline our row crop record keeping processes. This has freed up labor and made management more available in other areas on the farm. Also this has helped us understand our farm costs in more real time. It is getting better all of the time.

"Growth within the software program = my professional growth utilizing the program"

What do you like best?

Tracking grain inventory, work orders, new CDMS in Inputs

What do you dislike?

Not having a drop down for the crop year. Creating a login to track truck drivers or operators who do not use the system. FSA reporting.

Utilize your support. They are right there to help.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking of grain and inputs. The need to review data entered for accuracy or the lacking of data is essential for the quality of the data. Once this is done, field application records are used for custom operations performed and tracking of inputs applied vs. physical inventory. Keeping track of the grain inventory is an essential piece for marketing and accounting for each load delivered.

"Great Customer Success Team & Accurate Reporting"

What do you like best?

The customer success team is eager to help with questions or problems. There is the option of either chatting with a member via the computer or by calling. The reporting provided is reliable and accurate. They take the time to meet with customers to find out their needs in order to help improve Conservis.

What do you dislike?

I do not have any issues at this time with Conservis.

Looking for a company that has a customer service team there to help - Conservis is the one.

They are helping to provide invoicing & real time inventory from their program. They take the time to listen to their customers.

"We have had a great experience working with Conservis."

What do you like best?

Some of what I have liked the most about working with Conservis is the support team. From the beginning of the process and throughout, the support team has been responsive in a timely, professional and efficient manner.

What do you dislike?

To date, we have not encountered a situation in which we have not been able to resolve.

If you are prepared to make an investment of your time, you will reap the return.

With the use of Conservis in our farming operation we have been able to create field plans and work orders, increasing organization, efficiency, and productivity, track inventory, creating ease of accounts payable and receivable, and develop an accrual budget, allowing our business to gather financial data for the crop year.

With the data we have gathered we are able to realize our actual cost of production per field. This provides our business the opportunity to optimize our grain marketing strategy. In addition, we are recognizing areas which require improvements, as well as areas which we are performing well. Overall we can use this as a tool to increase our profit margin while producing a quality product.

Conservis has also saved time with the reporting capability, including an FSA report.

"Streamlines My Farm Record Management"

What do you like best?

The application is built to be very user friendly and is serviced by a knowledgeable support team who is readily accessible.

What do you dislike?

The mobile applications are very good, but I wish that they were built to be even more powerful and included even more of the report functionality currently only found in the back office application.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our record keeping is much more streamlined and efficient. I am easily and instantly able to access records and data that may be months or even years old. Before Conservis, accessing such archived information was very time consuming.

"Great Timesaver"

What do you like best?

The Conservis program has helped me to eliminate numerous spreadsheets I previously used to track our inputs between entities and landlords, freeing up a great amount of time while providing the ability to monitor each field or entity expenses almost immediately.

What do you dislike?

When ever I have encountered a dislike it seems the tech staff has been able to find a workable solution for me.

"Great Product and Customer Service"

What do you like best?

They are always working on ways to improve the product and also making sure the product works the way we need it to.

What do you dislike?

I have no complaints. The company is great to work with.

All our farm records from inputs to production are all in a program that we are confident is giving us the correct information. The reports we can generate make our job much easier from inventory record keeping to analysis.

"Conservis from the office side"

What do you like best?

I like the accurate and efficient tracking of crop yields.

What do you dislike?

The program requires a lot of initial input, but that was to be expected

"Conservis Harvest"

What do you like best?

Harvest helps keep track of fields, acres and bushels which makes it easier to find information for future use.

What do you dislike?

The designated grain cart tickets and delivery tickets assigned gets confusing sometimes. They link together and it is hard to navigate to find the information.
