What do you like best about farmbrite?

What do you like best about farmbrite?

I like that I can compare spending from one year to the next super easily. I also like that the pie chart shows you what percentage of your spending is in each area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about farmbrite?

I have found that the search function doesn't work. Sometimes I have duplicate receipts and would like to check to see if I've already entered an item. The search option always comes up blank. What do you like best about farmbrite?

I like the ability to track my registered animals' breeding records, growth, pedigrees, and finances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about farmbrite?

There is no way to view just one animal type. The filtering function is clumsy. I have both sheep and goats, so when I'm trying to work with the records of just one species, it gets frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"5 Reasons Why Farmbrite Works For the Back40"

What do you like best about farmbrite?

1. Farmbrite is user friendly and easy to integrate into our operation(s).

2. Farmbrite scales to meet our growing needs - perfect for small, medium, and large independent farmers.

3. As a beekeeper, I am able to integrate most of my hive management into the "Livestock" section of Farmbrite. This allows me to quantify my crop and beekeeping end product; as well as track equipment and replacement colonies.

4. Customer service and regular product updates. The new mobile platform is very exciting for our operation.

5. Farmbrite offers a small retail store front that is perfect for my operation.

This is our first year using the platform and we could not be more pleased. I am currently working to update all aspects of the farm during our winter season. The updates will include new fields, more equipment, more apiary information and store collections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about farmbrite?

There is very little to dislike. Farmbrite continues to grow and provide regular updates. My team is very excited about the mobile versions and will be working with this throughout the year. I expect that the mobile version will help the managers and volunteers better update and track development throughout the growing season.

I look forward to future updates with the store platform. I would love to see more financial options such as Paypal added. More options for adding a portion of my desktop Farmbrite overview page, photographs and blogging would be terrific too. I also hope Farmbrite will add some more features to the "Livestock" section that allow me to keep all my apiary journal entries in one place for better quantification. Recommendations to others considering farmbrite:

I met with resistance from many of my team mates. The mobile platform was not yet available when I subscribed. It is now and many in my group are excited for this. I recommend learning the mobile platform with the desk top first, then doing a soft trial with your team before launch so that they can be comfortable with using the application, making and fixing entry mistakes and get a picture of how this will inform and shape developments within your operation. What problems is farmbrite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Farmbrite offers terrific reporting features, useful for our accounting offices, and communication solutions for the various managers and volunteers who work at our site.

I am able to track our equipment inventory and my most of apiary function through Farmbrite. The quantification and accountability are really helpful at an institutional level.

To this point, we have been using Farmbrite internally. In the coming growing season, I plan to link directly from my company landing page to Farmbrite for views of the calendar, the store, and hopefully some reports to help me continue to build support for our operation at the institution. "Great cattle-management software"

What do you like best about farmbrite?

I found Farmbrite very intuitive and easy-to-use. You can import a .csv to make things even easier, and making changes is very simple. It also has an entire accounting section to track assets and liabilities which is great! They offer a lot of options in terms of animals and breeds, and you can track (for cattle) the lineage, the buy/sell date, the buy/sell cost, and numerous other important factors. You can add vaccines and medication as well as pregnancy status. This is also available as an app so that our Ranch Manager can update it in the field. It also has a very clean and simple UI which makes it great to use, and in addition isn't overly complicated in terms of what it has you track. I did try another software that had far too many fields and choices which in the end made it overwhelming and not useful for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about farmbrite?

Not everything seems to update together so you need to remember that when you change something on a cow's record, you have to manually change it in the accounting portion as well. I do also wish that in some sections (for example, the breed section), they would allow you to add your own when you aren't finding the correct one. Nonetheless none of these were deal-breakers for me and this was far and away the best option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering farmbrite:

If you are seeking a software that simply allows you to track your cattle and their related accounting, this program is great. If you are in the cattle selling business and need to track a lot more factors, there are other software options out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is farmbrite solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are trying to track all of the cattle on a cattle ranch and understand our profit/loss in relation to the cattle. This program is an easy way of doing that, and I like that it isn't so complex that I'm tracking MORE than we actually need to know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for farm management."

What do you like best about farmbrite?

What do you like best about farmbrite?

it is an excellent tool for start up s and smaller farms ,though has potential to scale as i grow .has all the features that i was looking for also it has an easy to use interface and offer a great features to keep tracks of many different areas on my farm also it make my bookkeeping job simple,when tax time rolls around everything is en counted for and i simply can press the generate P and L button. What do you like best about farmbrite?
