Ease of use, its workflow builder makes it so that you can create workflows even with 0 coding background

If you are looking for an easy to setup and easy to use platform that creates workflows for integration and cross-platform work. This is for you

**What problems is ConnectWise Integrated Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us build integrations easily and includes a workflow builder. By integrating it with Slack through the workflow we created, we can identify issues more quickly, and it alerts us whenever there are any critical problems.

One of the standout features for me is the comprehensiveness of ConnectWise Integrated Services. It's an all-in-one platform that seamlessly integrates various tools and functionalities, making it a central hub for managing different aspects of my MSP business.

Integration Limitations is the major thing I don't like, While ConnectWise generally emphasizes integration, we face challenges integrating the platform with specific third-party tools or services they use in our workflows.

**What do you like best about ConnectWise Integrated Services?**

We use their Screen connect product religiously. I'm not sure how we'd do customer support without it.

**What do you dislike about ConnectWise Integrated Services?**

Sometimes the connectivity piece of it can be a little flaky depending on the browser.

**What problems is ConnectWise Integrated Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We would always have customers call with issues but we didn't have a good way to remote into their computers. ConnectWise has helped us provide better a better customer service experience.

So far, we haven't encountered any issues. Therefore, no complaints

The ability to remote into a server or virtual machine efficiently. Helps us get to the task at hand easily and from anywhere.
