It is a versatile and very powerful tool, I have used it to make reconciliations and also to transform multiple data sources to a single structure. **What do you dislike about Conciliac EDM?** I haven't thought of something I haven't liked yet, and I can't find it. If the question were improvements, it could indicate that it would change to be an even more powerful tool. **What problems is Conciliac EDM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have solved problems of reconciliations of different data sources from bank statements, credit card summaries, a transformation of multiple data sources to generate a unified structure to perform business intelligence later. The benefits are reduction of manual inputs, reduction of errors, automatic reconciliations by 80% and a balance to reconcile easily and simply. It definitely adds a lot of value, and if you want to measure it in the form of a return, it is as simple as counting the costs for errors, reprocesses, labor, additional software, etc. Thus we will obtain our differential savings. ### 2.
