**What do you like best about CompCode?**

Compcode helps me manage my teams commission in a way that is operationally efficient and easily updated. Easy navigation, connected to CRM with tight alignment to deal triggers it settle commission numbers very fast. I can use attainment stats with team members more easily and use those to drive improved outcomes for my team and individuals. The pricing is modelled perfectly for a team our our size and the integration was seamless alongside ongoing support for updates to comp structure.

**What do you dislike about CompCode?**

I do not have any downsides to report. Compcode performs what I need with smart commission tracking

**What problems is CompCode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ongoing calculation of commission with a frequently updating comp plan with spiffs etc. Saves hours of spreadsheet work every week from my team, myself and my leadership in managing the numbers and reporting to finance.
