**What do you like best about Common Areas?**

Common Areas has made my job significantly easier.  It has helped me streamline a lot of the busy work that used to eat up my days. The system has some great workflows that automate our internal approvals as well as make COI tracking with our tenants and vendors almost hands free.

**What do you dislike about Common Areas?**

For awhile the offline functionality was a challenge at some of the properties where we had poor cell coverage, but it seams to have improved with some of the more recent updates.

**What problems is Common Areas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More productive, easier to collaborate both inside and outside of our company and everything is in one place always at my finger tips.
