I love being able to quickly add new content quickly and rolling it out to our smaller team. There is really no downside to Command.App. If I had to have one dislike, it would be I wish we had implemented it sooner. No complaints as of yet! The app is very easy to use and functional on all levels. The customer service on the back end of the app is also quick with replys if you come across any troubles. Be sure to look out for updates to keep your app running as smooth as possible, frequent updates can occur depeding on the company and how often new material is being swithced out. Command.App provides a tool for our marketing and sales teams that not only get materials out to those on the front lines, but does so in a way that makes presentations interactive and easy. Our reps can situationally engage with customers as the app brings up the right content that applies to the buyers needs. Reps can more efficiently present and share information, and we know that everything will be on brand and up to date.
