**What do you like best about CometChat?**

The product is really easy to Integrate, it took us minimal time to add it to our laravel website. All
of its features fit perfectly with our needs, it has helped us grow our website surprisingly fast with
a large increase in registrations coming after installing CometChat.

**What do you dislike about CometChat?**

We haven't had any issues with the product up till now.

**What problems is CometChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication and User Engagement. CometChat has allowed our users to communicate and
connect and with a bunch of its features they now stay engaged therefore staying longer on our
websites. It has helped us grow.

We own a marketplace website and wanted buyers and sellers to connect. We chose
CometChat because of the options they have the features are perfect and the administration
panel grants us control over every aspect of CometChat. We love CometChat and would
recommend with to everyone looking for a similar solution.

The Cometchat team has been amazing to us.

We use CometChat in our inhouse Business Collaboration App. It lets all our employees stay
connected on a secure platform. It has all the features we need and has made communication easy.
We would recommend it to everyone

I love the Inbuilt Monetization Features above all other features.

**What do you dislike about CometChat?**

There is a small delay in between Emails as they are based out of India. It's a mere inconvenience nothing major for us. 

**Recommendations to others considering CometChat:**

Read up the specifications, and if it meets your needs please get it by all means possible. Something noteworthy though is the delay between e-mails sometimes.

**What problems is CometChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially bought CometChat to just add Chat to our website, Later with their inbuilt Monetization features we discovered that we could use CometChat to earn money from our website. We have adopted CometChat into our business model and it has helped us grow. Its a worth it product.

The company is based in a different timezone than ours and sometimes that can be a troublesome, the team still helps us as soon as they can.

It's a really easy App to use. Regardless of qualifications, anyone can use it, all you need is to follow the stated instructions.

We are building a Social Networking website using Laravel and wanted a Chat platform that we could easily  integrate into the website. CometChat was the solution. It integrated amazingly easily with our Website, took far less time and effort than we ever anticipated and has been an amazing Chat tool. We recommend CometChat to everyone looking for a Laravel Chat Solution.

Longer Support hours due to time difference.

We own a financial consultation website and required a chat integration where we could create
private password protected groups and allow advisors to connect with users. CometChat let us
do exactly the same. We used the monetization features to charge users for every consultation
session they took with our advisors. It's simple and effective and has helped us grow.

**What do you like best about CometChat?**

Has lots of features compared to some of the competitor .

**What do you dislike about CometChat?**

The lack of real support and the fact that it actually doesn't work as advertised , their integration with some of the scripts they say it works with just breaks a lots of the site functionality.

On our site it breaks some of the SE functions (forums post), i just keep going around in circles with them it's like they don't want to help or even worse have no idea . Asked if they tested their integration with forum , never got an answer to that , they didn't even bothered to check on their own demo site .

**Recommendations to others considering CometChat:**

If you do a search for their product you will find the same thing , their support is non existent they don't help at all and very slow in adding improving things.  As this seems to be going for a few years i really doubt they will learn that they need to improve their customer support for existing users and not only for possible customers , they answer you in a heartbeat if you ask a question before buying .
