I used this service for my WordPress website and there are some limitations to customising it for WordPress in terms of designing backend side they provide lots of things with API and webhooks. so try to improve something if you can. it would be more helpful to developers. **What problems is CometChat solving and how is that benefiting you?** See one of my client have a custom requirement. like they want a website with chat, voice calls, and video calls with some real-time stickers. so I just google it and I found this service. and the biggest requirement of my client is he wants to deduct some kind of credit based on messages, stickers, voice calls and video call duration. The developer experience especially with the Chat SDK was great, also its performance was quite decent - but our user base was not very huge, so not sure how well it scales. Also, there was a bug so we raised an issue on GitHub and it was resolved within 10-15 days with a new release. The documentation is great and easy to follow.
