APIs and SDKs appear to have some bugs and limitations, especially for customization purposes. Documentation is confusing, hard to navigate, not very thorough, and often times incorrect. I've had to contact support about many simple questions that the documentation should've covered. Also, when contacting support I receive responses from multiple team members, which becomes confusing and unnecessary. I would rather have my request reviewed and forwarded to the technical team and receive one email back with either a solution or request for more information.
