This almost eliminates any manual work since all the data is made available easily. **What do you dislike about Collavate?** Having an SLA in place on deadlines could help. That is currently missing but is thought of differently via the tool. **What problems is Collavate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integration on all day to day workflow within the G-Suite. The fact one can review, comment and either approve or decline documents within the email notification is very convenient. **What do you dislike about Collavate?** Would like to have the opportunity to review and comment on word documents and create an approval loop until final approval. **What problems is Collavate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to issue approved documents to clients and identify them with the renaming feature within Collavate. ### 6. Team collaboration with group boards. **What do you dislike about Collavate?** Nothing much! Only minor thing is UI is a bit static. **What problems is Collavate solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can submit workflow directly from google docs. Also, very intuitive and easy to use ### 8. We are a collaborative marketing and advertising firm that is project based. It is nice to have all of our client files accessible to those who work remotely and also be able to edit them within the TeamDrive. We regularly use sheets to store budgets, docs for proposals, estimates and blogs, the Drive to have another place for large or high resolution pictures from photoshoots, brochures and newsletters. **What do you dislike about Collavate?** I wish that we could be logged in a couple different accounts, like my personal and my work email for example. Also tried to give a client access to one of the folders in Drive and because they didn't have a gmail I couldn't grant access. We did a WeTransfer instead but it was more complicated of a process. **What problems is Collavate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are discovering that we can free up some space on our desktops. ### 9. Edits stay within the program and drafts of documents autosave/populate effortlessly into Google Drive. **What do you dislike about Collavate?** The only downside to Collavate is the fact that it is not available on every device for every OS. My team would use it as our main collaboration/editing tool is greater usability across devices. **Recommendations to others considering Collavate:** The prices for the paid service is minimal. SPend the money, well worth it. **What problems is Collavate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collavate addresses our issues with assigning tasks in relation to the editing of time-sensitive, important documents.
