**What do you like best about Collabspot for G Suite?**

Very easy to use and intuitive.   Great interactivity with the CRM without leaving Gmail.

**What do you dislike about Collabspot for G Suite?**

The Sugar Calendar only pushes to a separate google calendar and doesn't bi-directionally sync with an existing gmail calendar.

**What problems is Collabspot for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary use-case is for email pushes to the CRM directly from Gmail.  Collabspot have added so much more functionality though.  This includes appointment scheduling and sharing available as well as analytics around your communications with various people.

**What do you like best about Collabspot for G Suite?**

Really simple to install and use, excellent customer support and it just works. It's really helped us to keep better track of our customer & prospect interactions.

**What do you dislike about Collabspot for G Suite?**

Nothing at all. The product does exactly what was promised.

**What problems is Collabspot for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better information sharing across the business, better tracking of activity, easily saving and viewing records across multiple systems.

**What do you like best about Collabspot for G Suite?**

Collabspot seamlessly brings in my email correspondence to sugar CRM. I am able to simply click a button and save all my exchanges to a lead or account in Sugar.

**What do you dislike about Collabspot for G Suite?**

I would like a feature where collabspot dynamically recognizes the account I am working with based on email address or email content data and prompts me to add to Sugar. 

**What problems is Collabspot for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this to keep all of our customer data synced with our CRM
