It combines scheduling, payments, online courses, memberships, community, email marketing, and client management in a single system, replacing the separate tools most practitioners use to sell and deliver their services. Service creation and online booking Coaches can create and publish multiple service types from one account, including 1:1 coaching sessions and packages, live and self-paced group courses, workshops and masterclasses, memberships, and communities. Each offer can be published to a Cohere-hosted coaching website or a standalone landing page with built-in checkout. Pricing supports one-time payments, multi-session packages, recurring subscriptions, and shareable pricing links. Online booking includes availability rules, time zone handling, and automated email and SMS reminders. Client management and delivery Clients purchase through hosted checkout and access what they bought in a client portal. Delivery tools include live video integration for coaching sessions, client messaging, cohort management for group coaching programs, and scheduled content release for self-paced courses. A built-in CRM stores client records, purchase history, intake form responses, and session activity, so client data stays connected to bookings and payments rather than sitting in separate systems. Marketing and lead generation Cohere includes lead capture forms and intake flows, lead magnets, email campaigns, drip sequences, and automations for onboarding and follow-up. Affiliate tracking with payouts allows practitioners to run referral programs on their own offers. Coaches can also list services in the Cohere Marketplace, a client-facing directory for discovering coaching and healing services. AI assistant Caela AI, the platform's built-in AI assistant, provides guided support for setting up services and launches and generates draft copy for service descriptions, landing pages, emails, and marketing campaigns. Plans, onboarding, and support Plans are tiered by business stage. Core plans include unlimited services and contacts, digital courses, communities, CRM, email campaigns, and group onboarding. Higher tiers add higher email sending limits, drip sequences, the full AI agent, advanced reporting and analytics, done-for-you migration and service setup, priority support, and dedicated success coaching calls. A top tier adds a custom website build and managed advertising support. Customers also receive access to the Cohere Academy, a training program with weekly live sessions on launching and growing a coaching practice.
