What is Coevera, and what problem is it built to solve?

Coevera is an AI-powered CRM framed around bringing people and technology together. Its description does not specify a more particular business problem it is designed to solve.

What languages does Coevera support?

Coevera supports 4 languages: English, German, Italian, and Spanish.

What company sizes and industries is Coevera the best fit for?

Coevera’s reviewer-reported customer base is concentrated among small businesses and mid-market organizations, with enterprise users represented as well. The industries that appear most often include:
  • Company size: Small businesses and mid-market organizations, with enterprise organizations also represented.
  • Technology and software: Computer software and information technology services.
  • Construction and industrial sectors: Construction and industrial automation.
  • Professional and financial services: Accounting, management consulting, banking, and financial services.
  • Telecommunications: Telecommunications businesses.

How long does it take to implement Coevera across a team?

Implementation timelines vary, but going live in under a month is the most common reported range. Rollouts can also be very quick or take several months, depending on the project.
Time to go live Relative frequency
Under 1 month Most common
Under 1 day Also reported
1–3 months Also reported
3–6 months Less common
6–12 months or over 12 months Less common

What customer support options does Coevera provide, and how do users find the overall support experience?

Coevera provides direct support through phone and chat, alongside self-service help in its knowledge base. The support experience is often described as helpful and responsive, though some users have encountered delays or felt that follow-up on unresolved issues could be better.

What is the experience like for teams switching to Coevera from another tool?

Teams have moved to Coevera from CRMs such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, and Sage CRM, as well as from spreadsheets and older systems. The change is often motivated by a desire for a more visual sales pipeline, easier customization, simpler day-to-day use, or better reporting; some teams also value mobile or offline access. Setup can be straightforward, though configuring the system or migrating data may take more work.

What tools and platforms does Coevera integrate with, and how do these integrations help users get more value from the product?

Coevera offers 5 integrations across email and calendar, AI assistance, and file collaboration. They include:
  • Email and calendar: Boomerang for Gmail, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • AI assistance: Claude.
  • File collaboration: Nextcloud.
In daily use, email and calendar connections can help bring customer communications and activity into the CRM, reducing the need to switch between tools. The range covers several common workflows, though the experience of connecting systems can vary.

What features or capabilities could make Coevera even more useful?

The most useful improvements would make it easier to find information, get the right insight from reports, and connect Coevera with other tools. Users would benefit from:
  • More capable search, with clearer and better-organized results.
  • More flexible reporting and deeper analytics for custom needs.
  • Smoother integrations with email, calendars, and other business systems.
  • A more consistent mobile experience, including improved synchronization.

How useful do Coevera users find its AI features in everyday use?

Coevera’s listed AI capabilities span sales decision support and content assistance:
  • Sales decision support: AI Sales Assistant, predictive analytics, lead scoring, and alerts and notifications.
  • Content assistance: AI text generation, text summarization, and writing assistance.
In everyday use, the clearest value is as an aid to sales decisions: helping users assess opportunities, prioritize leads, and anticipate what may need attention. Users describe AI as useful support for forecasting and decision-making, though the day-to-day experience is not consistently detailed across workflows.

What do you like best about Coevera?

Construction jobs may take years to advance from a building design to occupancy permit. Using Pipeliner, we track jobs through a progression of construction phases. The ability to link multiple accounts and contacts to each job provides an important view of all the players at each phase ~ architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and wholesalers. Pipeliner’s Buying Center provides an excellent visualization of the lines of influence between the players. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coevera?

The Buying Center does not have functionality to keep a Sales Role associated with a contact. For each job, we must reassign the Sales Role to the same person. We do this inefficient task multiple times a day. Also, search results are not in alphabetical order requiring users to scroll through pages of results to find the searched item. Why would this basic standard not be met? It costs money to handle inefficiency on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coevera?

The Outlook email plugin worked well. We also liked adding appointments / reminders in Pipeliner CRM that fed into our Outlook calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coevera?

We were generally satisfied with Pipeliner CRM the 2 years we had them. But we did not need them anymore after building out some custom functionality in Airtable, so we decided to cancel.

They told us we “missed our cancelation window” by a week and they insisted on charging us, even though actual renewal was still a few weeks away.

They threatened us with legal action if we did not pay. Eventually they agreed to a 25% discount for our 3 enterprise licenses, but we still paid $3,105 for software we do not need and will not use this year.

Most companies simply prorate your fee if you cancel, but Pipeliner CRM does not.

They are clearly not focused on building long-term client relationships, so work with them at your own risk. We will certainly never do any business with them again, ever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Better experience of CRM"

What do you like best about Coevera?

I really like Pipeliner because creating tasks is super easy and efficient, it offers variable exclusive sales records for the files since it saves all the data, studies the evaluation and its processes carried out at the time of the sale. Also, I like that you can create multiple pipelines for different needs or ... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Alternative to Salesforce & HubSpot"
5/5
What do you like best about Coevera?

This CRM product is intuitive, made for sales, and does not take nearly the time required to get a new employee set up compared to Salesforce. Setting up the instance with your existing software is also straightforward, which usually takes an integration team when using other products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coevera?

If you compare all the features, you have way more than HubSpot, but less than Salesforce. This is understandable because the price per seat is not comparable to Salesforce. By far the best value per seat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
