We chose Codekeeper because its SaaS platform seemed to automate more of the process and minimize manual over-and-back coordination to set up an escrow. While there was still some manual comms needed to lock in the written agreement before we could set up the escrow, their team was responsive and helpful, and that made the process nice and smooth. Codekeeper had a reasonable price that was fairly on par with competitors. I would've liked if more of the agreement redlining could've happened within the platform for a smoother process, but like I said they were easy to deal with and proactive in comms which helped a lot. Easy integration into existing infrastructure / software solutions. Codekeeper makes it easy for developers to access via rest API, allowing them to customize and integrate with their own applications. The software is extremely easy to use. In the past I have struggled with app integrations in salesforce, but this was easy and really well done. The support is top-notch. The price is reasonable and the value is high.
