## About Superhuman Docs
Superhuman Docs (formerly Coda) gets your team and AI on the same page. Most AI tools are built for solo work, so the work ends up trapped in chats. Docs brings your team and AI together in a familiar space, reimagining what a doc can do. Drafts happen faster, projects stay on task, and decisions don’t stall. Ask for what you need and Docs helps your team build and run with it. Docs is part of Superhuman, the AI productivity platform on a mission to unlock the superhuman potential in everyone. AI is everywhere, but what it creates stays disconnected from where your team actually works. Superhuman Docs fixes that. Instead of generating alone and copy-pasting results somewhere else, your whole team works with AI in one shared place—asking, editing, and building on one another’s work without context switching or silos. And you can create docs, trackers, and workflows in plain language. Just say what you need and Docs AI builds it with you. No code. No writing formulas. No learning curve. Superhuman Docs supports real-time multi-user collaboration, rich content editing, AI generation, and text summarization, so your team can ask for a first draft, meeting notes, or a project tracker and build on it together, instantly. Docs features templates, task creation and assignment mapping, GANTT charts, revision history, in-line comments, notifications, and knowledge sharing—all in one shared doc. No switching between tools to generate, organize, and move work forward. And since Docs connects to over 1,000 tools, including Slack, Jira, and Salesforce, you’ll always have access to the latest data so due dates for your team’s OKRs are always current.

## Superhuman Docs Reviews
  ### 1. Coda: A One-Stop Hub for SOPs, Data, and Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noxy P. | Operations Associate, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

We use coda on a daily basis to create SOP's, guide's, policies and more. It's a one stop for the entire company, we use it to collate data and simplify it for all teams. It blends multiple workflows like spreadsheets and and custom software applications. You can find an important document or update with one click of a search, you can easily highlight important facts/info, you can edit and tag your fellow co-workers. Great working space without breaking the bank and the actual document. Very easy to set up, their customer support is easily reachable and their ai is very helpful

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Limited use when you do not have the pro or team plan but we found a way to work around it and make full use of coda

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a one stop doc where you can find anything and everything. We use it for SOPs, guides, HR related docs, policies and much more

  ### 2. Perfect tool for makes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Istvan P. | Board Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

Coda is an elegant way to combine wiki and database functionality, paired with a formula language that’s easy to learn and easy to use. The onboarding is exceptional, with use-case-focused newsletters and one-minute videos that help you get started quickly. The Gallery is also full of great examples you can freely copy and adapt.

Licensing is outstanding compared to direct competitors (like Notion or Airtable) because you only pay for the maker. I use Coda in a project with more than 100 users and pay less than 400 USD a year. The AI plan is a no-brainer.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Coda has limitless integration possibility with API and Packs, but to develop a Pack is far more difficult than to write a formula. It is still using JavaScript with no contextual help like when writing a CODA formula.

The other weak area is monetization. Coda offers affiliate program, but it is buggy and the workflow is very akward. Lately Coda merged with Grammarly and Superhuman. The whole partner program went to south. Even the bad former affiliate program looks nice compared to the current one. Sales commision rules are changing without noticing the partners.

CODA hade the best support I ever experienced. It worked well not just for bugs, but also for teaching the best working pattens. Now it is gone, gravitated back to industry average.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

0. Building an AI-first company.
1. Finding information: It’s a one-stop shop for all the information we use in the project.
2. Always using the correct data: By referencing KPIs and objectives, all information stays consistent.
3. Remote work dynamics: With interactive tools, our remote meetings have become more valuable.
4. Seeing only the relevant information: With smart filters and the User() function, we see only what we need.
5. Different user groups need different presentations: Developers use Jira with the Jira pack, product managers use the Kanban view, and PMs use the table and Gantt view.

  ### 3. Customizable, Yet Limited for Scalability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara B. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

I thought it was a great system when we were using it and I'm sure it has improved a lot. At the time, it was a powerhouse for all that it could achieve, and we probably only scratched the surface. I like the various ways you could set it up to work for you. Being able to create an asset and then set it up in a distribution plan was really helpful. It also created message IDs for us, which was beneficial for sourcing the asset later on. We integrated Coda with Make, which added to its utility.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

We stopped using it as a project management tool because we didn't find it met the needs for scalability reasons. At the time, it felt more like an asset management tool. We probably could have re-worked the setup, but it seemed like a big task, so we ended up moving to Wrike.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coda solved project management, scheduling distribution plans, and asset management for us, integrating well with Google Drive via Make. It impressed with flexibility and the ability to create and organize assets with unique message IDs, simplifying sourcing later.

  ### 4. Flexible, Living Docs That Make Product Management Easier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

Coda does a very good job of building living, very flexible documents in a number of ways where you can actually get work done inside them. Interactive, linked tables, kanban boards, and other interconnected things which make product management easier.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Bit of a learning curve; the way that "authors" work is complex and can be annoying: I'm rarely in the system as an editor, so it's not worth paying for a license, but it means I can make no new pages.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We track a lot of complex feature requests and other considerations over multiple projects. This helps us visually see where things are at, link to other artifacts, and build impressive deliverables for clients.

  ### 5. Extremely Powerful Table Tool with Deep Integrations and Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark T. | Design Engineer (Systems Integration Lead), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

Extremely powerful table tool with a huge amount of integrations and customization available.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Customizations of the UI are limited. ie. Would prefer to be able to show/hide grid lines in any given table/view to be able to view the seperation of information easier.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process automation, information transfer

  ### 6. Coda’s All-in-One Workspace Makes Custom Workflows Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Osmely V. | Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

What I like best about Coda is how it combines documents, spreadsheets, and apps into one flexible workspace making it easy to build customized workflows without needing multiple separate tools

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

What I dislike about Coda is that its flexibility and powerful building blocks can make the learning curve steeper for new users, especially if you’re trying to set up more advanced formulas or interactive features.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coda addresses the problem of juggling too many disconnected tools—documents, spreadsheets, project trackers, wikis, and more—by bringing those capabilities into a single, customizable workspace. For me, that means less tool overload, more centralized information, and the ability to build tailored workflows or trackers without constantly switching apps. It saves time and helps keep my work more organized.

  ### 7. Spreadsheet-Like Clarity, but a Steep Learning Curve and Tricky Search

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

I like that it is similar visually to a spreadsheet so that I am able to holistically see a lot of information in one place and without scrolling too much.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Coda is very challenging to learn and often a little more difficult to place things/search for what I am needed across teams

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coda is a one stop shop for all cross functional teams, so it's nice to have info for several projects in one place

**Official Response from Natalia K:**

  ### 8. Coda Review - Longterm user

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan C. | AI Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

Coda brings flexibility and structure together - docs, data, and workflows all in one place. I like how it replaces multiple tools while staying intuitive. Real-time collaboration, automations, and connected tables make organizing and executing projects seamless and efficient. It also allows users to connect data and make interactive charts.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Permissions have become overly restrictive. Coda used to make collaboration effortless, but now managing access is frustrating. Sharing and editing with teammates feels cumbersome, reducing the real-time interactivity and openness that once made Coda stand out. Nowadays, it is not as easy as it was which WAS Coda's biggest advantage.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was an easy tool to collaborate with multiple people, assign tasks and monitor the deadlines. I was using it for project charts, tracking the roadmap and project status and storing meeting artifacts.

**Official Response from Yuliia Z:**

> Hi Stefan,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback and for being a longtime Coda user. We’re really glad to hear that you’ve found value in Coda’s flexibility and how it helps bring docs, data, and workflows together.

We’re sorry to hear about your recent experience with permissions and collaboration. Your comments are incredibly helpful, and we’ve shared them with our product team for review.

We truly appreciate your continued support and for helping us make Coda better.

Kind regards,
Coda Support Team

  ### 9. All-in-One Organization with Powerful Features, But Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

What I like best about Coda is how it combines documents, spreadsheets, and workflows into one flexible platform. As an account manager, I love being able to centralize project plans, client notes, and performance tracking all in one place. The customizable templates and automation features save a lot of time, and the ability to collaborate in real time keeps everyone aligned and accountable. It’s a powerful tool for keeping teams organized and clients informed.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

What I dislike about Coda is that the learning curve can be a bit steep at first, especially when setting up advanced formulas or automations. It takes some time to fully grasp all the features and possibilities.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coda is solving the problem of scattered information and disconnected workflows. It brings all my client data, project timelines, and performance metrics together in one centralized workspace. This integration eliminates the need to switch between multiple tools, saving time and reducing errors. It also makes collaboration smoother - everyone on the team can access up-to-date information, track progress, and contribute to shared goals, ultimately improving client satisfaction and productivity.

  ### 10. Outstanding Experience with This Incredible Software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle N. | Planner Scheduler, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

Coda is customizable software based on your needed management tool without the need of complicated traditional coding. You can collaborate your spreadsheet, link and integrate Project Management tool (in my case Asana), automate and make rules out of your Coda tool. It's a very powerful collaboration!

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

What I would like to improve with coda is to enhance its visual graphics and icon for a more user-friendly experience. The tool is limited in a table form view.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coda has been very helpful in making our Project management more efficient. It saves us time from shifting to a Management tool to a spreadsheet because of it automation features as well.
