**What do you like best about Cobrowse.io?**

It helps my teams interact with our customers is a much more interactive way, helping us drive the customer experience by training our customers and problem solving with ease. It was also a very very easy tool for us to implement across our teams!

**What do you dislike about Cobrowse.io?**

only improvement would be enhancing the data suite.

**What problems is Cobrowse.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to remedy customer problems within our own systems in real time, driving huge confidence to our customers but it also allows us the window to train customers right in front of their eyes with their interaction which leads to a stronger onboarding experience.

**What do you like best about Cobrowse.io?**

The ease of use and seamless integration with our existing systems are what I like best about Cobrowse.io. It allows us to provide real-time support to our customers without any hassle. The most helpful aspect of Cobrowse.io is its ability to allow agents to see exactly what the customer sees, which makes troubleshooting much faster and more efficient. The tool’s intuitive interface and robust feature set, including screen sharing and remote control, are major upsides.

**What do you dislike about Cobrowse.io?**

While Cobrowse.io is generally excellent, the occasional lag during high-traffic periods can be frustrating. Additionally, the initial setup required some technical know-how, which might be a hurdle for less tech-savvy users.he least helpful aspect is the occasional lag, which can disrupt the support process. Also, the pricing could be more competitive, especially for smaller businesses.

Integrating it to existing websites was quick and easier.The tool supports integration with widely used oother platforms such as zendesk ,firebase managmeent out of the box.

The pricing per agent per month is slightly higher comparing it with other available options.

It helps in easy user intraction and problem solving in real-time, which is helpful in customer supporting functionallity. The tool also supports audit trails giving easy access to trail of all events for the account. It eases the usage of remote interactions across wide range of paltforms such as android, Ios and windows etc.,

**What do you like best about Cobrowse.io?**

I found that Cobrowse.io is master at the fundamental functionality, which is co-browsing. The live screen sharing is very clear and fast and I can easily explain different sections on a website, or fix an online problem for a customer without being in the same room.

**What do you dislike about Cobrowse.io?**

It is impossible to observe certain values such as customer conduct, especially during co-browsing sessions, and adaptation. This poses a problem for assessing the effectiveness of co-browsing at enhancing customer satisfaction, or for finding out which aspects of our support model needs improvement.

**What problems is Cobrowse.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cobrowse.io helps in simplifying complicated diagnostic and explanation processes since I get to see whatever the customer is seing on the screen. This greatly helps to cut down it takes to resolve issues and enhances customer experience with faster response to support.

**What do you like best about Cobrowse.io?**

Honestly, Cobrowse.io has made onboarding new team members so much smoother. No more long, confusing emails - we just hop on a session and get things done!

**What do you dislike about Cobrowse.io?**

I love the co-browsing feature, but it would be cool if Cobrowse.io allowed for multiple people to control the session at the same time. Cobrowse.io is also fantastic for customer support, but I'd love to see more integrations with other tools we use, like our CRM.

**What problems is Cobrowse.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cobrowse.io makes it feel like our team is all in the same room, even when we're miles apart. Collaboration has never been smoother. Cobrowse.io also lets me see exactly what my customers are seeing, so I can troubleshoot issues way faster. It's a lifesaver!

The best thing about Cobrowse.io is that we can navigate it more easily with the customers. It is a good software to connect the customer's web page directly with the brand. Helps get good customer relationships.

The Initial investment is too heavy, Sometime it feels that the data security is sometimes gone for a toss. The support also is good but not up to the mark. They need to also make it available to much more contries.

The Cobrowse.io solves the problem of on-field support. It just gets easier to browse the web page of the customers while being remote. No need to visit the customer's place. Immediate support and sales are being offered.

How easy it is to initiate the cobrowsing session with the participant

**What do you dislike about Cobrowse.io?**

Sometimes even after the participant allows us to use the whole screen we still get the glimpse of the page they are currently in.

It is sometimes difficult to navigate the steps to the particupant however Co browse makes it 10 times easier to make then understand how to go to certain places in the website

**What do you like best about Cobrowse.io?**

Being able to link certain data about the user to the support call and recording the screen share session is extremely helpful when it comes to improving the customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Cobrowse.io?**

Although we've had very few instance where we needed to contact the Cobrowse team, their response to customer support is extreamly slow to almost non existant. The saving grace is that the product built very well so reaching out to support is almost not necessary.

**What problems is Cobrowse.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many of our customer are unable to explain the problems they run into or they simply don't know whats going on. Being able to view the customers screen when they recreate the scenario helps us gather essential information to assist the customer better and faster.

**What do you like best about Cobrowse.io?**

I can control how much or how little my agents have access to. One browser tab or the whole device for example. This functionality is exactly what we need to guide consumers through our online design tools and the purchase process.

**What do you dislike about Cobrowse.io?**

I can't honestly say there is anything I dislike so far.

**What problems is Cobrowse.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sell products online using virtual design tools and new technologies that have never been offered from a manufacturer DTC.  This allows us to make users of all technology levels comfortable with using advanced features by walking through with them.
