**What do you like best about Coalfire?**

I like how we don't have to manage compliance manually using endless spreadsheets. There's no duplication of efforts as well. Coalfire has helped us put together efficient workflows and provided us with more visibility and thankfully, there are no more business delays.

**What do you dislike about Coalfire?**

I feel there's a lot of scope for improvement, especially concerning the customer success team. I would love for them to have more empathy while talking to clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Coalfire:**

Go for it. Your life will become a lot easier.

**What problems is Coalfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were wasting a lot of man-hours while implementing compliance. Coalfire helped us automate it and enabled us to do it at an accelerated speed. Now our team can focus on more important work.
