What do you like best about ClubReady?

Their customer service is convenient. They are available for live chat at most hours and respond quickly. There are also many ways to set up automations and rules- but not with 3rd party software. The presentation app is convenient in that it automatically uploads waivers into their account from the iPad app, but it is hard for clients to maneuver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClubReady?

It looks like it was made in 1999 and hasn't been touched since. My main complaint is their check-in system. There is no way to prevent clients from checking in for a class if they have past-dues. Even if they don't have a membership, THEY CAN CHECK IN. This is the most basic feature we need, yet they dont have this even after being in business for years. It really is a simple idea.

The client facing portal is just as bad, so we don't grant access to clients. For staff, there are so many buttons you have to click, just to perform one single action. There really are no functions to help you keep track of follow up with clients/leads. It's honestly just there to charge clients money, allow them to book classes and keep their contracts/waivers on file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClubReady?

What do you dislike about ClubReady?

Not much. It is very easy to use and if there's an error it is more than likely by an individual user as opposed to the CR admin team. What do you like best about ClubReady?

I like ClubReady for several reasons. With only so many hours in the a day, automation saves me time so I can focus on other parts of my business. The setting up automation is tedious because you want to get it right. Emails and text messages have to be genuine and poignant. I also like payroll,Staff time cloc, inventory management, and POS all rolled up into one program. No need to go to different programs or log ins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClubReady?

I wish there was a phone app to go with it. As an owner, I am working 24/7 and I would like to be able to do my business on my phone when needed. Using ClubReady in my browser is not the best user experience. I email and text clients through the app. This is ideal since we have three employees and we can access all accounts and see replies. The down side is that we don't get notifications and have to check CR constantly. There is a widget for text messages but not for email. I also would like a better search option. When I have to look up a person, I have to know if it is a prospect or a members since they are in two different sections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClubReady?

The most helpful thing CR has to offer is the ability to not only manage the financial side of the business (agreements, dues, etc) but also the sales process - contacting new leads, following up with prospects, setting tasks, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClubReady?

What do you like best about ClubReady?

What I enjoy the best about ClubReady is that they cater to a lot of different needs/areas at my health club. We are able to search up new prospect inquiries, manage current members as well as training members, and keep a well-organized profile of each member. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClubReady?

ClubReady recently had an update where you can schedule at 5 min increments versus the prior 15. That has caused a bit of issues as it takes time to search the time slot. They also have a feature where they'll send you alerts/notifications for follow ups. This is a bit flawed as it doesn't automatically register that the tasks that already have been completed. There's also no way to delete them all. You must do it one by one.

I've also had some issues with uploading documents for the client to view as well. There's also no way to change the wellness questionnaires Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Team that was assigned to transfer us over from Zen planner are very pleasent and knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was the system we integrated from coming out of Zen Planner (Corporate Decision) . Printing basic list can be extremely frustrating and Time consuming. Also, It sets up differently, so prospects in the 21 day trial are not getting the member benefits they deserve because they dont show properly on the member report Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
