**What do you like best about CloudTech24?**

I like CloudTech24 for its 24/7 coverage and the quick responsiveness. The service has increased our productivity. The IT management provides peace of mind knowing all systems are hardened and supported ongoing. I appreciate the enhanced security monitoring. We're using more features with Microsoft 365, and they have configured better security settings.

**What do you dislike about CloudTech24?**

Pricing is a little premium but expected

**Recommendations to others considering CloudTech24:**

ask questions about processes and procedures, they are more structured

**What problems is CloudTech24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudTech24's 24/7 cover and responsiveness solve slow service issues, increasing our productivity. I have peace of mind knowing our systems are secure with ongoing IT management and improved Microsoft 365 security. The 24/7 support, responsiveness, and security monitoring are invaluable for us.

**What do you like best about CloudTech24?**

24/7 support. Very knowledgeable, and proactive, not reactive. Always at hand. Hand holding too which helps us

**What do you dislike about CloudTech24?**

Nothing comes to mind, sorry. They are the full stack cyber/IT solution.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudTech24:**

You can’t go wrong. They know there stuff and they work with so many partners and have their ISOs in place and won awards too.

**What problems is CloudTech24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m migrating over from Microsoft products to Google products
