# Which contact center knowledge base holds up best for enterprise support teams?

I'm putting together some research on the Contact Center Knowledge Base category specifically for larger support orgs, since enterprise reviews tend to surface a different set of concerns than what you'd see from a 20-person team. Things like admin complexity, integration depth, and whether the AI actually behaves once you throw thousands of articles and multiple departments at it. Here's what enterprise reviewers on G2 had to say about a few of the bigger names.

Agentforce Service (formerly Salesforce Service Cloud) (4.4 stars, 8,192 reviews) gets praise from enterprise reviewers for unifying case data and automating repetitive resolution, though several mention the setup and tuning needed before the AI handles edge cases well.

Guru (4.7 stars, 2,323 reviews) stands out for selective visibility, letting teams lock sensitive info to specific groups while keeping one source of truth. Useful once you've got departments that shouldn't see each other's content.

ServiceNow Customer Service Management (4.4 stars, 503 reviews) reviewers like how it pulls every channel into one place with AI routing, but more than one mentioned licensing costs and configuration complexity scale up fast for larger deployments.

Five9 Intelligent Cloud Contact Center Platform (4.1 stars, 625 reviews) got called out for Agent Assist cutting after-call documentation time close to zero, though a couple of reviewers flagged that deeper customization often means paying for professional services.

Talkdesk (4.4 stars, 2,599 reviews) enterprise reviewers highlight the drag and drop call flow builder and CRM integrations, with the main complaint being that AI features get locked behind higher pricing tiers.

For anyone running one of these at real scale, how much of the AI accuracy comes down to your own content hygiene versus the tool itself? And has anyone actually gone through a vendor switch at the enterprise level, or does the migration pain keep everyone locked into whatever they started with?

At enterprise scale, I think content governance becomes just as important as retrieval accuracy. Thousands of articles only help if ownership, review dates, permissions, and duplicate content stay under control. I’d test what happens when two departments publish conflicting answers and whether agents can tell which source is authoritative without escalating.
