**What do you like best about Cloodot?**

My favourite thing about Cloodot is its user-friendly experience. I’m so comfortable navigating through the windows, monitoring performances, and checking messages. The platform they provide is very neat and organized, making it effortless to find something. I never thought communicating with customers will be this much interesting and simple. Our customers have started to notice our improved interactions and we’re getting positive responses from them. The painful process of collecting customer feedback is all behind us now. Thanks to Cloodot, the immediacy of our responses added to the personalized touch attracted a lot of customers to us.

**What do you dislike about Cloodot?**

Everything is fine. Even if there is any problem, they provide prompt support. So, it’s not even really a problem!
Could have been better if there was Linkedin integration.

**What problems is Cloodot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing chats on different social channels. We had to employ 5 agents. With Cloodot, only 2 agents are required. We were able to move the other 3 to another department for other tasks. 

Review management is also flawless. But what i like the most is their indepth analytics section. Im able to monitor all performance-related data without the need to sit and prepare reports.

**What do you like best about Cloodot?**

The best thing about Cloodot is that it helps you to create fast resolutions. Our interaction quality is much higher with Cloodot. It has been a great help in answering queries pretty fast. No wonder our response rate automatically improved, especially with such user-friendly tools! It was generally very easy to set up. I like the option to decide which support personnel has access to which channel. That way, I can divide the load evenly.

**What do you dislike about Cloodot?**

It would be more perfect if it had a video chat. Would have been really helpful for app demos.

**What problems is Cloodot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Responding to the queries timely was what troubled us most. We had trouble managing high chat volume from social media messengers and websites. That’s when the tools in Cloodot came in handy. The option to add tags helped us to categorize chats and manage them better by determining the relevance of each of the conversations.

Simple interface. Easy to respond to customer chats and reviews. Templates option helps me to speed up replies.

**What do you dislike about Cloodot?**

Search could be improved. they allow searching for chat contents. But cant search phone number. Team says it is coming in new version.

**What problems is Cloodot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have to go to each facebook, instagram, whatsapp, website, Google individually to give replies to customer chats and reviews. With cloodot, i can do it from one window. asking customers for reviews and feedbacks also happen automatically.

**What do you like best about Cloodot?**

It’s fantastic how Cloodot handles our conversations and reviews on different platforms exceptionally well. The collaborative access to the platform has helped me to team up with all of my colleagues, creating a coordinated work output. Dividing the interactions into different sections, labeling them, and adding custom notes have redefined our work efficiency and promptness. The review management is perfect as well.

**What do you dislike about Cloodot?**

It would be better if they would include option to set custom notifications. Besides that, I think Cloodot is just perfect!

**What problems is Cloodot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Carrying out the whole work by engaging all of our team mates was challenging for us. We were not able to use our time more productively and efficiently because of the complexity involved in managing multiple onine channels.  After we started using Cloodot, we saw that our response rate improved greatly. We no longer have confusions and miscommunications among the team members. The overall performance of our team has heightened. Above all, the work is less tedious and more organized now!

**What do you like best about Cloodot?**

Definitely the all in one chat inbox. Facebook, google, whatsapp, texts, webchats, everything in one inbox. I don’t have to keep a gazillion chrome tabs open now. There is an option to see a channel wise splitup of how many chats im handling, how many are awaiting replies and so on. It really helps me improve myself. I can now provide better service for customers instead of drowning in chaos.

**What do you dislike about Cloodot?**

Dislike? Cloodot made my life a 100 times better.

**What problems is Cloodot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had to jump between one app to another every now and then. Notifications coming in left and right from all those apps were driving me insane! I dont even wanna talk about those chrome tabs i had to open parallely. Even if I gave my 100 percentage I missed chats here and there. That’s how confusing everything was. When my company implemented Cloodot, i would say that i was the happiest one. Its calm now. No chaos. No unattended chats.

I am delighted with the services Cloodot is providing. I thank Cloodot as it has helped me respond to customer feedback efficiently. The all-in-one inbox is just incredible. It makes chatting with customers very convenient, easy, and most of all, efficient. Moreover, our interaction with customers has developed into a completely new way now.

What’s there to dislike? I think there’s nothing. Besides, I’m sure they will improve their services even better than this. They have brought in several new features since I first started using them.

Cloodot made a difference in how we approach and interact with customers. We saw the difference in the number and quality of the reviews we received. We were able to create an excellent impression among the customers. Without Cloodot, it may not have been possible for us.

managing customer chats from fb, insta, whatsapp, google business messages etc as a team was a problem for us. Their team inbox feature solved it. There is also option to view detailed performance metrics.

**What do you like best about Cloodot?**

Cloodot changed the way we interacted with our customers. The responses became faster, and conversations became engaging with Cloodot. The quality of our services increased considerably after working on the feedback we received. Using media in conversations has made communication clear and engaging. The custom template replies option has also helped us immensely in managing reviews. No customer is left unattended now.

**What do you dislike about Cloodot?**

They have areas to improve. I think there is nothing to complain about since they have implemented many of our suggestions.

**What problems is Cloodot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Directing the potential customers and engaging with existing ones were the weaker areas for us. Cloodot proved to be the best option to work with these issues. We now convert more leads and have gained a lot of new customers. Engaging with the existing customers is also convenient as we have the option to label and store customer details. It has also eliminated confusion among the employees. Now, everybody perfectly knows what to work on and how to work on it. More than anything, our no. of customers has increased considerably after started using Cloodot.

**What do you like best about Cloodot?**

Cloodot offers a great system for employee performance monitoring and analysis of their online customer support activities. It has really done an amazing job in boosting our performance. A detailed custom report is a plus. Now, we really enjoy interacting with our customers through this all-in-one platform.

**What do you dislike about Cloodot?**

I can’t think of what I don’t like in Cloodot. I recommend it to any small or large ventures who wants to make their online customer chats simple. The results are assured!

**What problems is Cloodot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was painful even to think about assessing employees. We had to collect all the data, analyze them in detail and depend upon our judgment. Tracking our performance was even more difficult. Our desperate need for an insightful analysis of our performance was solved with Cloodot. Decision-making cannot be easier with the visualized data analysis they provide. They even give your custom reports with more details. The prospect of making timely and informed decisions does not worry me now as it had done before. Plus, handily monitoring employees has saved my time very much.

**What do you like best about Cloodot?**

The interface provided by Cloodot is very friendly and easy to use. We’ve been able to manage comments from customers and their feedback with absolute ease.
But the best part is the reports, that we get which gives us insights into the performance of our customer relations team. Must say, that this is one of the best ‘reputation management’ tools that we have come across.

There were a few. All that were resolved. They were very responsive to the queries raised.
