Online inquiries are immediately forwarded; every lead is also saved so that no accidental loss can take place.  The speed at which the leads are forwarded - is flawless.

I really have nothing to enter here; there is nothing that I dislike about this service.

Online leads have never been more important.  I am delighted to recommend this company as a great service when it comes to generating and forwarding online inquiries.  Additionally, their support is A+.  They are great to work with.

**What problems is SalesExec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickPoint gives us the ability to immediately respond to online inquiries; our benefits are quite straightforward: we have more leads to work with, and we have realized more sales.

I would like to see a web version and a bit more instruction videos or a user forum.

We have multiple buyers that require unique lead delivery methods which Lead Exec can handle.

**What do you like best about SalesExec?**

It is capable of all the needs on our list, packaged in a clean, intuitive interface with features that were understandable: the terminology and logic do not require a sales automation experience for our team to get up to speed. We start with high-value leads and need the ability for collaboration among multiple callers with the option of using the same phone number, and a clean history that is easy to follow and pick up where others left off over time.

**What do you dislike about SalesExec?**

SMS works well, but there's no MMS. 3-way call connecting initially sounded clunky but during the trial, we found it to be smooth. Moreover, we saw multi-user capability for us to use one phone number for the lead: one SMS thread, but multiple people could provide phone follow-up, which will make life easier for the lead, also, to see history in their own SMS thread.

**What problems is SalesExec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did a review of sales automation software to find a solution that, once in place, would remove the friction on lead-follow-up. We went with ClickPoint for the above reasons and are in the early stages of realizing the benefits of this upgrade: it's now easier to call and follow-up on leads, meanwhile the information is all captured and easy to find for the next caller to jump in on the cycle.

**What do you like best about SalesExec?**

The Team I worked with, Zach and Heath, have, from the start been extraordinary with helping me get my Clickpoint platform ready.  They have been patient, helpful and are very knowledgeable about every facet the service offers.

**What do you dislike about SalesExec?**

There is nothing I dislike about the experience I have had thus far.  Everything has functioned as promised.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesExec:**

Trust the advise of the support team.  Ask questions because the Clickpoint Team has the answers.

**What problems is SalesExec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Material tracking and efficient use of all inbound sales opportunities is the biggest reason, for now, we opted for Clickpoint.  Having utilized Clickpoint in the past, simply, makes the dealing with call part of a call center perfect.

What I like best about the software is the ease of use of the dialer. If no one picks up, the dialer will dial the next number after requiring an explanation for the unsuccessful lead.

**What do you dislike about SalesExec?**

Even if callers don't pickup, we get charged for one minute by ClickPoint.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesExec:**

It took me a while to understand that the dialer had to call an office phone in order to dial out.

Clickpoint allows us to do outbound cold calls with far more efficiency then we would without the support of that software.

I like the pull feature the best it helps; it helps my sales team follow up with their leads quickly and improve sales results

I wish they had direct dialing, but I believe they are about to launch it next week; they have been great about updating us about new releases.

Nothing I can think of; they have provided incredible support.

Prospect follow-up, dialing more leads and making it easier for salespeople to connect with prospects.

**What do you like best about SalesExec?**

We receive 100-200 leads per day so the feature we like best is ClickPoint's lead distribution tools. It helps by automatically distributing the high-priority leads first.

**What do you dislike about SalesExec?**

All the improvements that I would write here have already been resolved. ClickPoint has an extremely responsive support team that listens to feedback and improves the software quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesExec:**

Ask for suggestions on how to structure your lead flow. Heath and Gabe have a lot of experience in identifying ways tor streamline your sales process. They were very helpful in customizing our platform.

**What problems is SalesExec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we used ClickPoint for was to automate the lead distribution to our sales team in a fair and measurable way. In doing so, we ended up improving our sales flow to be more productive using ClickPoints distribution "Pull" features.  We found we were also able to distribute leads based on skill/performance level of our reps, and created separate specialized sales teams as a result.

We also found ClickPoint's report templates to be extremely helpful in monitoring our sales team's performance. We track common dispositions to find areas for improvement and created dashboards to monitor performance. We've been able to spot anomalies in our sales flow that we had no visibility to prior and make corrections along the way.

The flexibility for admins. You can tailor the system to your business. The UI is great as well. Everyone can easily navigate and use the tools without a lot of training.

None come to mind. The system has made huge progress since I have been a customer.

Integration with all of our leads sources, creation of marketing campaigns and quickly getting through contacts has been a huge pick up! I've tried a few other companies and this has been the best for sure.

We break down our necessities and the objectives we set. The control programming investigations the calls and naturally designates them effectively. We think the dashboard is all around planned, the examination apparatuses are extremely thorough.

Sending out reports and saving information works just as pdf trade - no .csv uphold. The support could answer faster.

I currently have better authority over the activities taken in our organization to expand deals and by and large better prompt our clients. We accomplish a higher turnover and arrive at the make back the initial investment quicker.

The overall functionality and ability to search for an easily find what I am looking for.

It sometimes lags due to spikes in utilization but the background team is always right on top of it so there really is nothing to outright dislike about the program in my opinion.

I would definitely recommend clickpoint to others.

I don't use this software for problem solving.  This program is overall beneficial for our outbound sales department.

there are no downsides of using CP. that is why we are using it :)

Clickpoint’s support team. They are always quick in their response times and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about SalesExec?**

The only thing I don’t like is that their platform for leadexec is not web based like Salesexec.

I currently use leadexec for lead delivery to clients, and have found that their systems integrate easily with most CRMs making it easier for automation. I’m newly using SalesExec, but their support team has been an amazing help with customizing the platform to our unique needs.

The perfect balance of an elegantly simple UI combined with sophisticated features that make the SalesExec highly customizable and a powerful CRM. We have been using it for 6 years.

**What do you dislike about SalesExec?**

Greater flexibility with their API which I am told they are working on.

**What problems is SalesExec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been anti-CRM for years. I have implemented too many CRM that were either too complicated or not powerful enough. ClickPoint software is just right.

**What do you like best about SalesExec?**

I like that it’s easy to navigate. It doesn’t take a lot of training. The tabs are easy to understand and it links well with our phone system. 

**What do you dislike about SalesExec?**

I don’t like how many errors and “bugs” there are. So many times I’ve tried to click on an inbound call and it won’t register the click. Outbound calls using our phone system works no problem so it’s definitely on SalesExec’s end. 

**What problems is SalesExec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems were with answering the phone calls. Benefits were it was easy to remain organized with notification reminds on upcoming appointments.

When i answer an incoming call i always get 2 pop ups: 1 with the customers info, the other blank. I dislike that a blank tab opens up every time. Also, when i tranfed a lead to me i would like to access that file on the same page instead of reopeninf sales exec

Having easy access to the customers info and beinf able to copy ans paste in and out of sales exec
