The main advantage of ClearDox Spectrum system is that it can automatically retrieve and process data mentioned in invoices as well as other documents. This alone saves us and my team a great deal of the tedious clerical work by eliminating the need for manual data entry which in turn reduces any chances of error. I analogize the effect of AI in workflow as being equivalent to a relentless assistant who manages the tedium tasks so that we are left with a time to engage on critical tasks. Considering one functional issue that I have is that sometimes ClearDox Spectrum finds it difficult to deal with invoice formats that are complex or non-standard. this brings up a question of weak data extraction and need to be the manual review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
