What do you like best about ClearDesk Remote Staffing?

I really appreciate ClearDesk Remote Staffing's excellent customer service and how they were recommended to me by another franchise owner. It's great that our remote worker, Nix, is a quick learner and has become an integral part of our team. Nix is very proactive, takes initiative, and takes ownership of tasks, which is invaluable. The ability to answer phones live for longer periods and cover all aspects of the business on Sundays has been a huge benefit. What do you dislike about ClearDesk Remote Staffing?

There have been no negatives with hiring a remote worker through Cleardesk. Nix is a key member of our local team and interacts with us on all of our daily initiatives. What do you like best about ClearDesk Remote Staffing?

The people. My Customer Success Manager, Lauren, has been extremely patient and breaks things down in a way that makes everything manageable. My VA Anna is incredibly intelligent, well spoken, and can handle any task I give her. Communication is easy, and both of them really care about helping me make the most of the service. I love how ClearDesk Remote Staffing has significantly simplified my work by handling crucial tasks such as recruiting, prescreening, and setting up interviews for new caregivers. Having utilized their services for a year and a half, I have found it to be a remarkably positive experience. My assistant acts as my right hand, efficiently managing the initial phases of hiring so that I can focus on other responsibilities. Her communication with both applicants and current employees is exceptionally effective, enabling me to allocate my time more effectively and improve my overall productivity. I'm especially appreciative of the freedom and reliability this has brought to my operations, demonstrating great value by streamlining tasks that would otherwise consume a significant amount of my time. Furthermore, I am completely satisfied with the services provided by ClearDesk, with no desire for changes, and I am very confident in recommending them to others, which is why I would rate them a 10 out of 10 in likelihood to recommend their services. I requested an experienced real estate VA who knew how to create a Google Business Page and was trained in my company's platform. The VA they got me was inexperienced and basically knew very little about what I needed.
