What do you like best about ClearDesk Remote Staffing?

I really appreciate ClearDesk Remote Staffing's excellent customer service and how they were recommended to me by another franchise owner. It's great that our remote worker, Nix, is a quick learner and has become an integral part of our team. Nix is very proactive, takes initiative, and takes ownership of tasks, which is invaluable. The ability to answer phones live for longer periods and cover all aspects of the business on Sundays has been a huge benefit. "I Wish I Started Sooner"

The people. My Customer Success Manager, Lauren, has been extremely patient and breaks things down in a way that makes everything manageable. My VA Anna is incredibly intelligent, well spoken, and can handle any task I give her. Communication is easy, and both of them really care about helping me make the most of the service. I love how ClearDesk Remote Staffing has significantly simplified my work by handling crucial tasks such as recruiting, prescreening, and setting up interviews for new caregivers. Having utilized their services for a year and a half, I have found it to be a remarkably positive experience. My assistant acts as my right hand, efficiently managing the initial phases of hiring so that I can focus on other responsibilities. Her communication with both applicants and current employees is exceptionally effective, enabling me to allocate my time more effectively and improve my overall productivity. The VA they got me was inexperienced and basically knew very little about what I needed. Viannca Montesino is one of the Client Advisors at Clear Desk. She was assigned to me when I signed up with Clear Desk to find a real estate Virtual Assistant. I am pleased to write this review about Viannca because she has been the most amazing advisor I didn’t know I needed so desperately. Due to her care and thoughtful guidance, I am still engaged with Clear Desk and working with my original VA. Viannca is competent, knowledgeable, responsive, attentive, and supportive of my needs. She has earned my trust and loyalty over the last year because she has gone above and beyond her duties and responsibilities to ensure I have a positive experience with this process. By taking charge on her own and resolving my issues and frustrations, she turned me into an understood customer instead of a frustrated complainer and perhaps a short-lived client. She is an attentive listener, and nothing escapes her. She has presented choices and solutions without pressure and continues to dedicate part of a busy schedule to a once-a-week accountability meeting with my VA that I wouldn’t know how to run. I am learning as much from her as my VA is, and I realize I wouldn’t be as competent as she is guiding my VA. She has shown genuine care for my needs and relieving the stress of my job. With lots of hands-on work on her part behind the scenes, she has made me feel appreciated and valued as a client.
