They check in consistently to make sure all is well with our team member and to get feedback.  They really care about the team members they assign for roles and know them all really well so when you talk with them about what role you are looking to fill they can pick the right assistant.  We have enjoyed ever interaction we have had with Clear Desk employees.

**What do you dislike about ClearDesk Remote Staffing?**

That we can't physically interact with our team member.  Irish is in the philippines, we remote her in for staff meetings and events.  We would love to have her here to enjoy our caregiver appreciation events and trainings.

What do you have to lose.  The support is out of this world and if you aren't happy you can cancel.  Give it a shot!

We were in need of a recruiter that could post ads, communicate/vet applicants, schedule interviews and help with hiring documents.  Our assistant has done all of those things +.  She has boosted our applicants to employee ratio and is on top of continuing to learn more about how she can do her job better.  We don't know how we did it with out her for the first 14 years we have been in business.

One area for improvement is the time it takes to find the right candidates. The process has been a bit slower than we initially expected, though the quality of our candidate ultimately made it worthwhile.

ClearDesk made finding a VA seamless – they do all the vetting and legwork for you. Their customer service is impeccable! We tried finding a VA on our own and it took up so much time and the VAs that applied weren’t qualified. ClearDesk listened to our needs and provided us with our perfect VA! Who has been with us for 4 years.

The people. My Customer Success Manager, Lauren, has been extremely patient and breaks things down in a way that makes everything manageable. My VA Anna is incredibly intelligent, well spoken, and can handle any task I give her. Communication is easy, and both of them really care about helping me make the most of the service. I also appreciate that ClearDesk is US based and covers many industries, which helped build trust right away.

I have not had any negative experiences so far. If anything, my only regret is not starting with ClearDesk 10 years ago. I am in month three and still finding more ways they help that I did not expect.

Her rapid ability to learn and adapt, along with her meticulous management of our transaction checklists, ensures that every detail is flawlessly executed, and nothing slips through the cracks. Viannca from Clear Desk has also been a tremendous support, consistently checking in to ensure everything is going well with Alex. The most helpful part of Clear Desk has been my advisor, Viannca Montesino, and the fact that they have trainers at Clear Desk who know and understand my company's platform.

I requested an experienced real estate VA who knew how to create a Google Business Page and was trained in my company's platform. The VA they got me was inexperienced and basically knew very little about what I needed.  She had to be trained from scratch, and thanks to Viannca Montesino's careful and thoughtful guidance, we are all growing and learning together.

Make sure that you get the VA that you are looking for and don't accept anybody else who doesn't meet your needs.

Viannca Montesino is one of the Client Advisors at Clear Desk. She was assigned to me when I signed up with Clear Desk to find a real estate Virtual Assistant.  I am pleased to write this review about Viannca because she has been the most amazing advisor I didn’t know I needed so desperately. Due to her care and thoughtful guidance, I am still engaged with Clear Desk and working with my original VA. Viannca is competent, knowledgeable, responsive, attentive, and supportive of my needs. She has earned my trust and loyalty over the last year because she has gone above and beyond her duties and responsibilities to ensure I have a positive experience with this process. By taking charge on her own and resolving my issues and frustrations, she turned me into an understood customer instead of a frustrated complainer and perhaps a short-lived client. She is an attentive listener, and nothing escapes her. She has presented choices and solutions without pressure and continues to dedicate part of a busy schedule to a once-a-week accountability meeting with my VA that I wouldn’t know how to run. I am learning as much from her as my VA is, and I realize I wouldn’t be as competent as she is guiding my VA. She has shown genuine care for my needs and relieving the stress of my job. With lots of hands-on work on her part behind the scenes, she has made me feel appreciated and valued as a client. Viannca is an invaluable asset to Clear Desk, and I feel fortunate that she has been my advisor. I see her now as a trusted advisor on whom I can rely. The biggest thing is the professionalism and customer service from the Clear Desk team that's reviewing my wants and needs list. Then going out there and delivering. Plus the constant follow ups to ensure I'm happy with the results.

**What do you dislike about ClearDesk Remote Staffing?**

I wouldn't say I have a dislike, but I'd say one room for improvement is for Clear Desk to ensure from the get-go that they're trained on the paperwork needed in the county they are assisting. So on my case, I need my virtual assistant to handle transaction coordinator paperwork for Santa Clara County. They did ultimately take care of that, but my VA wasn't ready for that from the beginning.

Finding a virtual assistant for me that has the skill level I need and can handle the tasks appropriately without a lot of training needed on my side.

As agents, our goal is to increase income per hour by serving clients better. Less time on menial tasks, more time to serve. From interview to continued follow up- a great experience.
