Seamless Remote Assistance, Exceptional Service

I really appreciate ClearDesk Remote Staffing's excellent customer service and how they were recommended to me by another franchise owner. It's great that our remote worker, Nix, is a quick learner and has become an integral part of our team. Nix is very proactive, takes initiative, and takes ownership of tasks, which is invaluable. The ability to answer phones live for longer periods and cover all aspects of the business on Sundays has been a huge benefit. ClearDesk did a wonderful job finding us a remote worker with the necessary skills to make an immediate impact.

I Wish I Started Sooner

The people. My Customer Success Manager, Lauren, has been extremely patient and breaks things down in a way that makes everything manageable. My VA Anna is incredibly intelligent, well spoken, and can handle any task I give her. Communication is easy, and both of them really care about helping me make the most of the service. I also appreciate that ClearDesk is US based and covers many industries, which helped build trust right away.
